The product worked as advertised, and saves $ compared to using batteries. Omron should really include a power supply with the monitor, the readings are more consistent. It seemed like my readings got higher as the batteries became more drained through use, which was fairly quick (~1 week) when doing several readings a day on each arm.

I was concerned about the adapter pin fitting in the Omron Blood Pressure machine but it fit perfectly and is working good so far. The price was reasonable and delivery was fast. Very pleased.

This adapter takes the place of batteries and there's no worry about low power of changing batteries. It does the job for which it is designed.

did not replace the transformer it was supposed to-not even close-had to send it back

This adapter is good and works with the Omron Series blood pressure monitor. It works great. What else can I say?
