Very well made. I've had other ankle weights and usually the attachment straps are narrow strips that wrap around the back and cause pouching. These have broad velcro integrated at the ends and stay tight, no sagging. I recommend highly and would purchase a second set if I could get them as 5lbs each.---It is now Nov 7, 5 weeks after purchase and one of the seams has separated in a gap of about 1/4" so the weight beads keep falling out. I wish I could get an exchange. They are otherwise still nice weights, but everyday a little bit leaks out and they are getting lighter each day.

The adjustable strap makes them easy to fit, and the quality feels solid for the price.That said, they’re definitely not meant for intense workouts, so if you’re looking to build serious strength, these probably aren’t heavy enough.Also, they can feel a bit snug after extended wear, especially if you have larger wrists or ankles.Overall, great for boosting daily movement and toning a little more without making a big production out of it. Would definitely recommend for anyone easing into fitness or looking to add some resistance to everyday activity.
