Young Living Rainstone Diffuser

I purchased this item about a year ago and had forgotten to give my thoughts on the product. I purchased this particular model because of the color and design that fits with my bedbrroms design. When I got it I was pleasantly surprised and felt it appeared to be a great purchase. Well it was an expensive MISTAKE! To date I have had to replace the ceramic diffuser 3x! Each time I had to replace the part it would cost an additional $15-$20 ! The diffuser alone was at the higher end of value for diffusers and to have to replace that part 3 times in one year was not what I had expected. i have numerous diffusers for other areas of my house that were less expensive and had never had to replace or repair them. I’ve tried to call the customer service department for Young Living but they did not help. I definitely would not recommend this product !

I highly recommend this diffuser because it looks really nice; and it works great!It is easy to add the oils and it has several different settings which is really nice because I can set it to shut off when I would like it to turn off.Thank you,

Item arrived and lights up/turns on....but it does not diffuse. Expensive diffuser to purchase especially given that the diffuse function does not work.

I love the look but it did not diffuse as much as i wanted. It was an in convenience to open & close the vent b4 adding water, etc. Then to top it off...my mistake but it tumbled to my tile floor, broke a tile & the unit itself broke into a million pieces. A little pricey for what it is...
