Earplanes Earplugs Ear Protection From Flight Air And Noise Sound 1 pair (Pack of 4)

I have always had issues with pressure in my ears when flying, but after a particularly traumatizing experience I was told to try these by a fellow passenger. That was 15 years ago and I have never flown without them again!!! These are honestly life changing when it comes to travel.I typically wear each pair 3 times (no more than 4), although you definitely notice they are less effective after the 2nd wear. For shorter flights (under 2 hours) I usually wear them the entire time in the air, but for longer flights you can take them out once you reach altitude just make sure you put them back in before you start to descend. If you miss that window, you end up trapping pressure in your ears and it can be painful! I have recommended these to so many people and they all say they will never fly without them again, especially for kids who have trouble during takeoff and landing. It does take some getting used to trying to talk, since it sounds like you're yelling when you're barely speaking at a whisper, but you get used to it.

I was desperate to do something to prevent the terrible pain my ears have been suffering during recent airliner flights, particularly during the landing phase. My head would hurt for hours, and my ears would feel like they were ready to explode during descent. These ear plugs almost eliminated the ear pain and certainly reduced the headaches I used to suffer after flights. Not a perfect solution, but good. I do find the plugs create some irritation within the ear chamber (remember that rule about not sticking something than your elbow in your ear? well, maybe...). I don't think they cancel out a ton of noise, but it is reduced. Be sure and check the directions. Believe you are supposed to get them into your ear and hour before landing. (I also chew gum, but don't now if that helps.) I think adjusting how far you allow them into year is a bit of a process to find the perfect balance between the irritation caused by the plugs vs. the very horrific prospect of ear/headache pain. I was able to use one pair on 4 flight over the course of 2 weeks and feel the earplugs spared me a heap o' pain.

My SO hated flying because his ears would be plugged for weeks after a flight. He was also in so much pain when the plane would descend. These have made flying SO enjoyable for him. No more pain! No more clogged ears!! SO THANKFUL WE FOUND THESE!

I will never fly without these again! I have always had issues with my ears and the air pressure on airplanes and not being able to pop my ears after landing. This would cause issues once I got to my destination that were frustrating. I used these on my last flight which happened to be international and had zero issues with my ears when I arrived. I absolutely love to fly! Unfortunately, my ears do not equalize the pressure very well. I've even suffered with bad ear pressure for a week or more after a flight.
