MatferBourgeat Piano Whisk with Exoglass Handle, 10", Professional Stainless Steel Wire Kitchen Whisk

I've seen this be recommended by people that know many things about good cooking. I have a lot less experience, but I can definitely say that this is the best whisk that I have seen or used. It's relatively expensive compared to many other similar items on the market, but I think it's totally worth it in the long run. The most important parts to me are that it is constructed well and cleans up with far fewer issues. There aren't nearly as many nooks for liquids to accumulate, harden, and become impossible to clean. That ugh feeling when I think about using a whisk otherwise (due to them being difficult to clean) for dishes is more or less gone.

This is a Matfer Bourgeat product, and that says it all. Made in France with people passionate about cooking in mind. It's the best whisk you'll ever want to buy and will never have to replace it. Excellent tool.
