How do you use agility hurdles ?

it's easy to use, For balance and speed work, stepping or jumping over the hurdles

Is this agility hurdles sturdy enough for soccer training?

I use it for training my basketball team I coach and am extremely happy with it. Improved the boys footwork tons. The hurdles in the set have all been pretty low quality. Almost all mine broke, and the parachute seems flimsy, but I have had any problems with it yet.
