Do they test these before shipping them out? There is a pixel stuck on light blue. I just installed it ten minutes ago, was very careful in doing so. I didn't drop it, or inappropriately touch the screen or anything. It's just defective. I only notice it on screen where there is a solid color background. It's not in the middle of the viewing space so I'm not going to worry about it too much.

For the low price, I was able to complete a simple installation to replacement a crack screen, and now I have a brand name laptop (that cost me $37 purchase) value at more than $100!

Works well and all, but seems to lake the contrast and detail the original screen had. Colors seem a bit washed out. I'm not an IT expert, but I have tried to adjust the video settings, and have only been able to achieve so-so results. Still, overall, not terrible and the price could not be beat.

Old OEM laptop screen was dying from the corner of the screen outward in a weird stuck pixel pattern. Initially I panicked, but was glad I found this. Install was a cinch for these computers. Previous reviews mentioned the display is dimmer, but I really do not notice much of difference. In fact, I think it looks a little sharper than the OEM screen. Can't beat the price!

The screen I ordered was to replace a screen that broke when my laptop fell. The screen is no different than the original. The job was less complicated then I had imagined.I learned how to replace the screen watching a Youtube video and the entire process took me less than 30 min. If you pay to have it done it will cost you double or triple the price.
