Love having these in the car. Smells like being in the Maine woods at a tree farm during Christmas time.

This does NOT smell like balsam or cedar nor any other kind of tree. It smells like a feminine, floral, soapy fragrance. It smells more like hand lotion than anything you'd find in a forest.

This air freshener has been perfect for my work vehicle. It is adjustable and allows for the freshener to be nearly fully closed which allows the car to smell nice without being overpowering. It also seems to make it last a long time. My current air freshener is still in the car after 3-4 months. It looks like I will get another month or two out of my current freshener and I have a second one toThe air freshener has a diameter between 1.5"-2" and one was included per pack.Pros:*Long lasting scent when the vent control is nearly closed*Not too over powering*Easy to installCons:*Can cause vents to not be able to be moved fully (-1/2 star)Additional Considerations:Depending on the type of vents you have putting this air freshener directly on the vents could prevent you from moving the vents in certain directions. I ran into this problem before with another freshener. Luckily my current vehicle isn't limited in this way. If it is limited the freshener can be easily installed on a vent in the passengers seat of in the rear of the vehicle. Admittedly, I should have read the description closer....but $13+ dollars for a single air freshener that DOES NOT actually smell like cedar?

Adjustable vent on the back of the air freshener is very handy. You really don't need to open it very much because the scent is very powerful. If you don't like pine/cedar it can be a bit too strong.

I like the smell of pine trees year round and these last about a month. I don’t crank them wide open so they last longer

Actually smells like balsam and cedar. It reminds me of the pine scent they use during the Soarin' ride at Disney World. It's meant for a car vent, but it works on air vents in your house, too!
