I love the firmness for a back rest when I'm sitting up in bed, and the cover is soft and I like the color I chose, but the cover ripped/tore at the seams in two different places in LESS than a week!!! Seriously! I finally got in touch with Millard and they only offered a 50% refund. I took it, as it was better than nothing, but I was floored when I got that email and the girl sending it told me "I could just stich it back up myself". !!! Could not even believe what I was reading. I mentioned getting another cover instead, but then she emailed saying if I would prefer that (to the discount), they'd be happy to send me one. I took the refund, but should've been given both. So Very Disappointed that it tore/ripped is just 6 days of having it. It looks crappy sitting on my bed cause the rips are both in the front. So unless you want that kind of quality sitting around in your home, don't buy it.

the foam inside is chipped pieces and has no give what so ever. I even thought about taking it all out and replacing with a softer Filler. I wanted this because I needed a good pillow to help me with surgery recovery for my Neck/Spinal Fusion. This is so hard my daughter can't even use it. I am returning it. Guess if you want something XXXFirm this is for you.

I know it's a "Reading Pillow" but this is my main pillow! If you are a sideways sleeper as well you can slip your arm under the arm rest hugging it and when you sleep on your arm it won't fall asleep. Best pillow! Super soft and VERY COMFY

Piece of junk! My son loved it and then a week past the return date it ripped accross the seam.

It is light and easy to move; it has a loop on top to carry it by; it is soft and comfortable. I use it on my couch when I want to put my feet up and watch TV (which is to my left). It would probably be good for reading in bed, but I have one of those adjustable head/foot beds, so I don't need it for that.

My fluffy pal. Granted I've been spending far too much time in my bed lately but this item has mitigated my loss of my beloved posture.Great support, softness and comfort. I allowed the full 2 days for recomposition; well worth it. It's actually fluffy.

So I rated this based on what I wanted it for, which was to sit up in bed in the night and nurse my baby. The outside cover is very soft, the pillow itself though is hard and inflexible. The arms are there to keep it stable it seems and are of no use as arm support while I was using it because of their length, they’re not long enough for that. The color of the color is nice. My husband told me that it is good for watching tv in bed.

Someone else said this was too hard, but I ignored it because I was looking for firmer support than my old reading pillow. But they were right. Really hard, does not conform to body contours. Unfortunately because it was vacuum packaged, once you have unpackaged it you can’t get it back into the box, or I would return it.

Bought this as a replacement for an item I have used and loved for years. It came vacuum packed, which made it seem very small and insubstantial, but the instructions tell you to unpack, unzip and leave to settle / plump up - and that's exactly what it did. I'm so happy with it that I have now bought a second one for my daughter so that she doesn't steal mine. Very supportive and comfortable - I use it when sitting on my bed reading, watching TV or working on my laptop. From the looks of things the cover comes off easily for washing purposes and the cushion itself also has a zip to enable you to adjust the stuffing.
