Helps Prevent Leg Cramps and helps sleep
Doctor recommended to stop night leg cramps and help me sleep. Taken for several weeks and seems to help. I would recommend taking it.

The pills seem big, but they help me sleep. I recommend taking them at least 8 1/2 hours before you have to wake up.

Good product but too difficult to swallow
The product is good, & I definitely noticed it helping with sleep. That being said, the pills are just way too big for me. I actually got them stuck in my throat a couple times, which I was able to either cough it back up, or swallow really hard, but it was still very alarming. I liked the product, but I'm planning to switch to gummies or a powder. I'm editing this review and adding a star, because I figured out a way that works for me to swallow it. First off, I drink water before I take it, & leave a little water in my mouth. Then, I take a really huge gulp of water and swallow. Doing that helps it slide down easily. It just takes a lot more water than I ever had to take, even with large pills. So now that I've found a way that works, I would repurchase.

Perfect dose to help you sleep
These are the perfect dose to help you sleep at night. I take these every night and if I forget I don’t sleep. It’s become an absolute necessity in life. If you’re having sleep issues I highly recommend giving these a try.

Great addition to my nighttime routine
I bought this Nature Made Magnesium Glycinate specifically to add to my evening routine, and so far I’m really happy with it. I wanted the glycinate form of magnesium, and I like that the serving provides 200 mg. The capsules are easy to take, and the directions on the bottle are clear and straightforward. I’ve been taking it at night as part of my bedtime routine, and it’s been very easy to incorporate. I also like that it’s from Nature Made, which is a brand I’m familiar with. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy it again.

Magnesium G is excellent
Great. I take one every night. Works well without any residual side effects such as Melatonin.. Watch out with that.. it lingers in your system and then you can have a wobbly morning hangover. Magnesium G is perfect.

I bought this as I heard Dr. Alan Mandel telling on his YouTube channel that Magnesium Glycinate is good remedy for insomnia. It is true! After taking just one capsule I slept deeply!
