Please note this LED bulb is powered by AC 110-130V circuit. It uses the powerful 52pcs cooper bracket and gold-line packaging 2835SMD LEDs to emit the comfortable lighting. It's a cost-saving item to run with only 4W of power for up to 360lumens. Last a lot longer at a lower energy cost. Save effort and maintenance costs on changing bulbs frequently. The E17 bulb has a viewing angle of 360 degrees. It fits the halogen socket as a perfect replacement that produces less heat and an equivalent amount of light.Notes1.This E17 LED bulb is NON-DIMMABLE.Don't try to dim it with your dimmer switch. It may flicker obviously or even get burn-out. Just make it work on high-setting with full light.2. The bulb may keep glowing slightly even when you turn off power, because a small amount of electricity still run through traditional dimmer or switch which you never notice but LEDs are sensitive to it. This is a common phenomenon and does not affect using. Kakanuo Warranty: 90 days money back guarantee and 2 years replacement warranty. Any doubts or questions, please kindly contact us.

Wasn't expecting a nightlight
We bought this LED replacement bulb thinking it would be an energy-saving move compared to Whirlpool's OEM incandescent bulb, which to our dismay burnt out in roughly 6 months. We bought the dimmable LED version since our above-counter microwave has 3 brightness sesttings, with the final setting being "off". Wish we had read the Amazon reviews a bit more closely. Several buyers have commented that this bulb remains on (albeit at a very low level) even when it's set to "off". That means it is drawing power 24/7/365, whether on or "off". In our minds, that's sort of the opposite of energy-saving. In fairness to the manufacturer of this LED bulb, I suspect this is probably more a flaw of Whirlpool's electrical engineering than of the replacement bulb manufacturer---but still unacceptable from our standpoint. The old incandescent bulb wasn't emitting any visible light when set to "off." So with some regret I returned the LED bulb to Amazon, bit the bullet and bought the Whirlpool OEM replacement incandescent bulb.

Great Daylight Microwave Bulb Replacement!
These LED Bulbs are a perfect replacement for an intermediate base appliance bulb.I did a lot of research prior to purchasing to make sure they would fit, an intermediate base is larger than candelabra but smaller than medium base bulb. These are smaller length wise than my original bulbs, but are a perfect fit.I love daylight bulbs because of the bright color. I am very happy with my purchase!

Bright bulbs, but too blue for lighting the stovetop.
Though these LED replacement bulbs fit perfectly in the bottom of my over-the-range Samsung microwave, the color temperature is too blue, and creates an unappealing color cast on the food on the stovetop. I tried to return them, but return shipping is nearly the cost of the bulbs, so I just held on to them. I might find a use for them elsewhere.I ended up purchasing these instead: ATMOZ (2-pack) E17 New Longer 152-LED Dimmable Warm White 110/120v Microwave & Appliance Compatible Bulb, which are definitely warmer, but still have a slight greenish color temperature compared to incandescent/halogen.Update 12/9/16:Kakanuo company emailed me personally to follow-up on my review, which was originally 3 stars. I have since changed the rating to 5 stars, because of Kakanuo's outstanding customer service. Even though I should have known that 6000K would be too blue before purchasing, it was graciously generous of Kakanuo to work with me to ensure my complete satisfaction. They offered either a partial refund of the 6000K bulbs or a big discount on a different set (3000K, warm white). I opted to try their versions of the warm white bulbs (https://www.amazon.com/Kakanuo-Microwave-Dimmable-72X2835SMD-AC110-130V/dp/B01M236DSN/ref=sr_1_2?srs=13703806011&ie=UTF8&qid=1481287405&sr=8-2&keywords=E17+warm+white). Maybe they'll be a little less greenish than the ATMOZ LEDs I got.

Superior customer service. Good Product.
UPDATE 02/24/2017: I MADE A MISTAKE, I had provided the earlier review stating my disappointment. I was mistaken the bulbs are working fine. After leaving my last review stating I was disappointed the seller e-mailed me the next day inquiring how they could remedy the issue. One of their offerors were to replace the bulbs with a newer model. I wanted to check out the differences of the new model to the ones I received so I unscrewed the glass covering the bulbs under my above cooktop microwave and found that both bulbs were partialy unscrewed !!! I tightened them and turned them on and the both worked in the dim and bright settings.....EGG ON MY FACE, I have upgraded the review to a 5 star as the bulbs are working fine and the seller has shown superior customer support.Kakanuo...Please except my apology for jumping the gun and assuming your product was less than acceptableINITIAL INCORRECT REVIEW: Very disappointed. Installed 2 of these LEDs in our over the range Microwave vent. They lasted about 9 weeks then stopped working. I think they went out the day after my wife cooked a big pot of pasta. Seems the bulbs can't take steam from the cook top below.

Great for upgrading sewing machine bulbs
Have replaced bulbs in several sewing machines thus far, with more to go. These are great for getting cool, bright light on the sewing area of the machine. These should exchange with any bayonet style sewing machine light. I've discovered this same company also make an E12 (screw in style) bulb that I can upgrade my Brother serger and coverstitch machines. For those looking for specific machine model numbers I switched out: Singer 201-2, Singer 15, Singer 503A, Kenmore 158.140, Kenmore 158.540, Kenmore 158.1030, Kenmore 158.1040, Kenmore 158.1703(2), Kenmore 158.1760, White 979, and a White 1300DE serger.
