Even though my grandson is somewhat afraid of the toy, we love it and think he will get used it eventually. Well made and works great! We love it.

The reverse on our remote stopped working. I contacted customer support and they were great. Allison assisted me and was able to send me a new remote that works perfectly. And just a few days I had a new roommate and my granddaughter was riding again. Thank you!

Really like most aspects of this toy. One of the major flaws it the cart pulls to the right. Very hard and definite pull to the right. The course can be corrected with the on board controls, as best as a two year old can. It can also be corrected with the remote best as a 70 year old can. It does take a fight. I would like to get instructions on correction or get a replacement. Don't want a refund, want a replacement.Been in contact with customer service. Unlike other reviews I have read, they were great. New one on way!

We bought two of these for our 3 and 4 year old son. Only one of the remote controllers worked and very briefly. For an hour maybe.The joy stick on the blue bumper car broke the first day and for all I know it could've arrived that way because I didn't look it over before my 3 year old drove it. We noticed that he only went in circles and thought that it was because he couldn't figure out how to work the joy stick but on further inspection realized that the joy stick was broken. Completely disconnected so that you could twist it in full circles. I started a return and printed a label but it was not a postage paid return. I went to UPS to find out what the shipping would be and they wanted 150$ to return it which is what we paid for the bumper car. Not including the cost of the warrantys for each vehicle. I'm so dissapointed. We now have a broken toy that only drives in circles.

This was our 2 year old's birthday present and he loves it. it's a perfect electric vehicle to break in before you upgrade to the big jeeps or trucks. he loves driving this thing around. 4 stars for the remote control because after a day of use, the reverse button has broken and no longer works. Will be contact customer service for it though. great buy, great price & arrived early!**UPDATE**I contacted customer service on a Monday about our broken remote, heard back immediately and received a new remote on a Wednesday, with a follow up confirmation email on Thursday. Caroline (csr) was very polite, quick, and helpful.
