Super disappointed! It doesn’t stay on track and so the drawers keep falling out of place and on top of each other. No matter how careful I try to be it still falls off track. It’s looks nice that’s it. Would not recommend

Went together nicely. Would have been a 5star rating, but one board was cracked and bent. I was still able to use it. I've ordered from this manufacturer several times. The one thing I never liked was the weak plastic drawer slides (for the spark 6 drawer dresser and spark bed drawers). With this 5 drawer dresser the manufacturer upgraded to metal drawer slides that work very well. The instruction manual is extremely detailed. Did not care too much for the mdf/particle board rear footings, but their not really visable. Lastly, the drawer side pieces themselves were all universal and could be used on either side, which is an upgrade from the other models I've purchased. Overall, a great unit. Like I said, a 5 star rating had there not been a damaged board (damage was not due to packaging).

I bought this along with the nightstand for my Nursery. They look great but started falling apart with in two months, drawer bottoms falling out, drawer faces falling off. My husband has had to glue them several times and we barely use it. The handle corners are very sharp, I had to change them when my baby didn't slice his head. It is very heavy and pretty difficult to assemble.

I ordered this drawer chest together with the matching nightstands. I was looking for cheap furniture to make a guestroom. I did not have the time to go to the nearest IKEA so I looked for some online equivalent. This drawer chest looks quite nice if you just glance at it. But assembly and opening of the drawers reveal what it "costs" to buy at this low price. It is definitively not sturdy and finishes are kept to a minimum. For example while the 2 front feet are made of sleek metal, the back feet are made of chipboard with some metal paint. The interior of the drawers is not white, etc...The positive part : I think the assembly instructions were very good. Pieces are labeled and the same labels are used in the step by step manual, which I thought was clever. I made assembly easy to follow (which is good because it was somewhat long). And free shipping was helpful in keaping my costs down.After being initially slighlty disappointed (I was hoping for all white, including the interior of the drawers) I still decided to keep the drawer chest and the nightstands as it would be hard to find other furniture at this price in a color and style I like without a trip to IKEA or incurring huge shipping costs that defeat the purpose of bying cheap. Just be prepared: you get what you paid for. If you are looking for an expensive-looking piece of furniture you plan on using extensively, this is not the right choice (better spend a little more). If this is for occasional use and you really want to keep cost down (nevermind lack of finish and imperfections), this is a very reasonnable choice.One last note : some other customer complained about the bottom piece of the drawer chest being left unfinished on the outside and white on the inside, leading to him/her to think that the assembly instructions are wrong and one should reverse sides. I tried to follow this "trick" and it does not work as the drilling is not symmetrical between finished and unfinished sides (some holes only go halfway). So the best is to stick to the instructions, but like this other customer I wonder why the finished part should be inside (hidden by the drawers) while the unfinished part should be potentially visible underneath...

I received this dresser and the package was completely open at the top... so after lugging the 70+ pound package (that was open) into my house I started pulling out pieces only to find that the sides of the dresser were cracked....I should have taken this as a sign, but I requested a return and was sent a replacement. It took me 3 straight hours to put it together (instructions are WAY worse than IKEA) I'm handy and usually enjoy assembly projects but this was a nightmare. Finally after sweating and swearing for 3 hours I put the drawers into the frame only to find that they don't close right... when closed, the drawers don't come completely flush to the frame so each drawer looks uneven because they stick out at different degrees, which casts shadows that make the flaws even more noticeable. It looks cheap on the outside and even worse on the inside (the drawer bottoms are a thin piece of cardboard with the company's logo written all over them). It was definitely not worth all of the time, effort and money.... would probably have had better luck and outcome if I had gone to IKEA or target.... so much for trying something new.

My daughter room needed a uplift and change. This piece did the room justice. The drawers are easy to open and close and much larger storage place than her previous drawers. She loves it.

Dresser was easy to put together and it look beautiful in our daughters room , but unfortunately there is a very strong compressed wood smell that seeps through all our baby clothes. We have tried everything and nothing changes the smell. We are sadend by the fact that we threw out money away because we can’t store our baby’s clothes in the dresser and our funds are limited to purchase another. If it wasn’t for the odor we would rate it 5 stars.
