Moto G4 / G4 Plus Case, Cimo [Shockproof] Heavy Duty Shock Absorbing Protection Cover for Motorola Moto G 4th Generation/Moto G Plus (2016) - Orange Wireless Phone Accessory

The Cimo Shockproof is an attractive case that should provide a reasonable degree of mechanical protection for the Moto G4. The phone fit well in the case even after a tempered glass screen protector was applied. The cutout for the USB-C power connector is a rectangular shape that mates well using rectangular bodied power cords but may not engage fully using the square shaped plug body that is supplied with the Moto G4. Switching to an aftermarket cord solved the problem for me. I have not had any issues sliding the phone in or out of a pants pocket; but a potential buyer should recognize that adding the case makes a relatively large phone into a fairly bulky package.

Pretty much what you pay for. It's no Otterbox, but it's also like a tenth of the cost of an Otterbox and it'll do what it says it'll do. I can't exactly afford to drop my phone to test just how well it's protected, but it's certainly much better than the phone being naked and I found it made the otherwise too-small G4 much easier to hold securely.I do wish the sides were rubberized, but that's my only real want from this. It's pretty hard to beat the price for this quality.

I've had this case for a few months now and it has held up well. While the case doesn't feature screen protection, the side and rear protection are adequate for the occasional drop. The rubber inner skin does seem to collect a ton of dirt and debris so I take it off once a moth of so and wash it. The only issue I have is with the hole opening for the headphone jack as it is just too small. I have to fold back the rubber skin to get the headphones to seat properly in the jack.

Absolutely love this case.Pros:- Fits perfectly- Looks really sharp- I've dropped my phone a half dozen times at least since I put the case on (and this is not a new phone) and it's protected it perfectlyCons:- makes your phone significantly more bulky- The rubber back is great for making it slip proof, but it makes it a little tough to get into a tight pocket.

Had this phone less than a year and it's screen is already ghost touching. Contacted Motorola support and they told me that the phone is not under warranty. They said I could send the defective phone back to them at my cost and they would send an exact replacement I also would have to pay a repair cost for the defective phone. What? Why would I pay them to repair their defective product? Due to the lack of support I'll never buy another Motorola product.

I had the phone for a few weeks and never dropped it. I put the phone in the case and dropped it 2 times the first day. Case has no grip on the sides or back. Orange on the sides is slick hard plastic. Black portion on the back is hard plastic and very slick as well. I wouldn't recommend this case.

This is a really sturdy, tough case! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It is bulky, but that's absolutely to be expected. My only complaint is the color. Online, the orange appears to be a fairly straightforward orange... think Halloween or crayons. But instead, it's bright, safety orange... nearly fluorescent. Not a deal breaker, but a little disappointing.

Very well built and excellent fit. Keep in mind this is comparable to OtterBox in terms of thickness it adds to the phone. It is quite heavy duty. there are two pieces to it. 1. A silicon case that goes around the phone. 2. A plastic cover that goes around the silicone case.
