Mind Hacking Happiness Volume I: The Quickest Way to Happiness and Controlling Your Mind

Very basic advice and tips
The book started off as interesting, with some science of the mind explained. But I warn you, the advice in this book is very basic to say the least. Despite the hype it amounts to simply: "Think about why you're angry and what part of yourself feels threatened" "Put 'The' in front of Me' when you acknowledge you are angry. In short, it doesn't work. Disappointing. The author made it sound like his advice would be revolutionary. It is not.

Longwinded
Was very hopeful when i started this book, but oh my god it got more and more convoluted and longwinded , and frankly boring. Author goes on and on and on . Was 10 times more stressed by the end of the book, and none the wiser on how to proceed.

Awesome
Awesome. Just awesome. I'm going on to book 2 and I signed up for the online course. So far, it's just amazing. I can see into my mind in ways that I never have. I'm still not clear on some points but with the online course and revisiting this book I'm positive I will get them down packed. Boom. I love this stuff. Sean, thank you.
