Best deep freezer rockwell 👌🏻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was using the 550 litre rockwell green freezer for my home with extended family for the past 2 yrs which was very energy efficient.it was slightly big for my home use hence I sold it and bought this product 250 GFR. (As I felt rockwell is currently the most efficient freezer with longest warranty Service) The very next day after delivery i got a call from Mrs Lavanya whether I could install it properly and was it functioning well. Unfortunately on day4 the cooler stopped cooling. I rang up Lavanya and she registered a complaint. Within 24hrs the kochi office contacted me and sent a service guy. He told the coolant gas was empty and filled it. We were upset as the freezer stopped working. We asked for a replacement as the seller replacement was only for 7 days ,provided the rockwell Service agent gave a "not working "certificate. Mr.jineesh from rockwell kochi reassured me that the problem is solved and no more worries.he told even if something goes wrong beyond 7days also , they will make sure it is replaced. Again it stopped working after 3 days.Again Mr Jineesh was contacted and Service guy arrived with the coolant gas and filled again. This time I was disappointed spoke to Mr Jineesh who agreed to give "defective product" certificate and i escalated the issue to Mr Prem of head office .Mr Prem and Mr Jinnesh both convinced the higher authorities to give me replacement which arrived with 3-4days and is doing a good job for past 1 week.. The problem is likely not because of "defective product " or poor quality check but probably some welded pipes would have broken during transportation . I am impressed by the after sales Service of rockwell..I would buy rockwell in future and recommend to u all

The first freezer that arrived was not working properly. I received a replacement piece and i am satisfied with my investment. First and foremost, the spacious interior provides ample room for all my frozen goods, from bulk groceries to meal prep items. In terms of performance, the Rockwell seems to be working well. It has maintained a consistent temperature throughout, ensuring that my food stays frozen at the optimal level. I am still curious about the energy efficiency, looking forward to monitor this. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service we received from Ramesh of Rockwell. His assistance in the replacement process was prompt and professional, further enhancing my overall satisfaction with the product.

I bought a deep freezer make ROCKWELL on 29th December 2023 from Amazon Inadvertently I ordered 315 litres against my requirement of 209 litres and same was delivered on time by reseller clicktech retail. It will be apt to mention that I have been dedicated customer from last 8 years.i immediately got into touch with clicktech and Amazon through several e mails and phone calls to Amazon customer care but they showed their helplessness to address my problem.it will b in place to mention that I am a 60 years old Neuro disorder patient and need to keep some medicines in cold storage. I requested Amazon customer care to get my freezer exchanged on compassionate grounds and I wasn't asking heavens on the contrary I asked Amazon to exchange higher capacity with lower capacity without refund of balance amount I was dismayed being valued customer for almost a decade. To cut long story short I finally decided to connect with manufacturer ROCKWELL by email/phone calls and to my biggest joy they responded to my request. I want to thank Sales division of company who were positive right from day one.My gratitude to MrSanjay Mr Ankush for their cooperation and convincing their higher ups to exchange my freezer without charging any extra penny I am humbled by sales team managers who ensured delivery after longggg as they had to motivate/convince higher ups I had zeroed in on Rockwell after thorough survey of its peers.Rockwell has won my heart Thankyou Rockwell and thankyou Team Sanjay/Ankush

I really loved the product. The delivery was just the next day of placing of my order. The delivery boys were really good and helped to deliver it to the first floor despite the weight and size of the product. Post delivery i found some moisture loss by which I found droplets forming on the inner edges of the doors (although it was not of concern still wanted it to be seen by an expert and suggest), Mr Daniel Raj from Rockewell Hyderabad was very patient in attending all my queries and has coordinated and sent a senior engineer to my place. It was very easy for the engineer to identify the problem and realigned the doors in no time and now the Deep freezer is working great. Really it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to Amazon and Rockwell. They really Rock Well!!

I bought it from here. No Issues till now. Cooling is amazing. Takes less electricity than other freezers. Overall a great buy at this price point. No negatives till now. Looks classy, is spacious, sturdy and great for keeping Ice-cream. Suggestion- If you can stretch a little more budget Please go for the complete Copper tubing varient. That will be the best buy at around 30k. Copper coils one will last for over 10-15 Years as they claim. You can Go for this brand without any doubt. Its INDIAN BRAND.

Freezer is working well. However, the door locks provided are a farce, they do not latch onto anything on locking and are completely useless.
