I recently switched from a Huawei P30 Pro to a Samsung phone, hoping for an upgrade since I’ve always been a loyal Samsung fan. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The phone's performance falls far below expectations, especially compared to my old Huawei P30 Pro. I’ve faced constant issues with call reception, with many calls failing to connect, and the data traffic performance has been abysmal, particularly in the Indian subcontinent. The battery life is extremely poor, draining rapidly during resource-intensive applications or video calls. Additionally, the phone heats up significantly during heavy usage, making it uncomfortable to handle. The device itself feels excessively heavy, which reduces its usability, and it also performs poorly for video calling. The only redeeming feature is the camera, which delivers high-quality images, but this alone doesn’t make up for the device's overall shortcomings.What’s even more concerning is the question of the product's genuineness, which could explain some of these issues. I’ve heard similar complaints from friends regarding the newer Samsung series, further indicating the brand’s decline compared to competitors. If you’re considering purchasing this phone online, I strongly recommend buying only from reputable sellers, such as Amazon itself, to avoid the risk of counterfeit products. Overall, this phone has been a frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend it, especially given the high price point and the expectations one typically has from Samsung. Pls stay away from Samsung if possible. Horrible experience
