Python Playground

This book is super articulate. The author is amazingly good at explaining concepts in a clear manner that is not too dumbed down. That makes it a joy to read and since the projects are so fun it really resonated with me. You can actually find great pleasure curling up with this book before you choose to venture in front of the computer to program or just run the code.

After having a little bit of Python knowledge you can jump directly to a set of very small and more important very funny projects. Math concepts are introduced nicely so you can understand the theory behind of some of the projects which require math to understand them better.Could we have edition with new projects?

In dem Buch werden einfach viel verschiedene und durchaus ganz interessante Beispiel-Skripte erklärt. Das wird dann immer auch mit Übungen zum jeweiligen Projekt/Kapitel abgeschlossen.Für Leute die einen schnellen Start in Python suchen und sich bereits mit anderen Programmier- bzw. Skript-Sprachen auskennen, meiner Meinung nach, der schnellst mögliche Einstieg, wenn man bereit ist anfängliche Lücken durch eigene Recherche im Internet aufzufüllen. Wenn man dann mit diesem Buch durch ist sollte man sich aber unbedingt noch tiefer gehende Bücher wie z.B. "Fluent Python" zu Gemüte führen. Sonst versteht man die Sprache nicht.Für komplette Programmierneulinge ist das Buch eher nichts.

Ce livre en anglais est très bien écrit et contient plusieurs projets python très intéressants. Je viens juste de l'avoir mais je ne vais pas tarder à faire quelques projets. Je vous tiendrai au courant de la difficulté des projets.
