Perfect size for 2. This is a good quality, versatile slow cooker that is fun and easy to use. Making yogurt is so easy. The 12 hour setting made tangy delicious yogurt that tasted fresher than store bought and costs less. No more plastic tubs. Looking forward to trying more types of rice, and other dishes.

Works good. Decent quality, I didn't mark high on quality because of the teflon pot coating. Need a way to pick up pan from steamer, handle or gripping edges. Almoat impossible to unload food from pot wirhout a hassle.

UPDATE:I received a recall notice on the unit. The recall said that it needed to have the cord cut off and label returned to the manufacturer for a replacement l. I did so, when they received it they said that this unit was not a part of the recall and I should have looked at the recall notice closer. When I asked then why was I sent a recall letter they ignored me. Now I have a useless unit without the cord that must be thrown away. Upon my question on what to do now and why I received the recall letter they have ignored furather emails. I would never recommend this product or company after this issue, the out of how bad unit, and unprofessional handling of the recall. Stay away.The first one we received was lemon, but 3 squares quickly and easily replaced it. As a rice cooker and steamer it works great. Yogurt maker works pretty good as well, but the full process does take a long time. We're still trying figure out how to improve our yogurt cooking skills. The slower cooker - well it cooks, but there's a time limit on how long it will cook, e.g. on high 4 hours. Even trying to put it on again, we were not able to get ox tail or bean soup to cook long enough fall apart as a normal slow cooker. I think for things were you're not expecting the ingredients to fall apart it might work well. We have not tried the quinoa option.

Worked great for a few months, then error code E4 popped onto the screen. Looked at the manual and had to contact customer service. Guess what? There is no customer service. There is no website. There is no longer a 3 square company. (Spent hours searching, emailing, and calling.) If you buy this rice cooker, just realize that you are on your own if it malfunctions.

This little machine is perfect for two people. Brown rice is relatively quick. Yogurt came out great. One small quibble with the yogurt process is that the length of time it takes makes it a great overnight project and it would be good to be able to disable the beeps at the end of the cycle. Our apartment is small so impossible not to hear them from the bedroom. I'm looking forward to trying more recipes.

This is such a great tool to have, mostly as a student.. I make quinoa, rice, beans, chickpeas, lentils, dal, steamed veggies while cooking on the bottom. This can also be a pretty good pressure cocker.I took out one star because I need to change modes while cooking in order for the food and water to not overcook or boil (or maybe am I doing it wrong...)

I absolutely love this thing at first.... I used it maybe 2 dozen times in the first year and the last time after starting it I came back 10 minutes later to a nice burnt plastic smell, I quickly unplugged it before it burnt my house down. I tried contacting the company and I can not get a response from them... a quick google search and it seems like I'm not the only one either. I guess they are not a very reputable company if they can't reply to simple emails/phone calls.A little more searching and apparently they had a recall on certain models #'s which mine didn't fall into (it probably should have) so it sounds like maybe they couldn't handle sending replacements out to customers so don't waste your money on this kind of gamble... choose a different company to support.
