I’ve been really happy with this conditioner. It has a rich, creamy texture and makes my hair feel noticeably softer and easier to manage after washing. What I like most is how well it helps with detangling. My hair feels smoother after using it, and it’s much easier to comb without feeling dry or rough. It also helps reduce frizz and leaves my curls looking more defined and with a healthy shine. The Coconut & Hibiscus scent is another nice touch. It smells pleasant and fresh without being too overpowering. I also appreciate that the formula is free of silicones, sulfates, and parabens. The 24 oz bottle is a good size and should last quite a while, especially since you don’t need a large amount with each use. Overall, this is a great conditioner for thick, curly, or dry hair. It leaves my hair softer, more manageable, and moisturized without making it feel overly heavy. I would definitely buy it again.

I have been using this conditioner now for a couple years and I can't imagine ever wanting to switch to another brand. The scent of it is so divinely light and feminine, but without being "flowery". I've had so many friends go to hug me and smell it on my hair, and ask "Wow, what is that scent!? It's amazing!" The texture of the conditioner is very thick and overly sufficient even for the thickest, curliest hair. It adds so much moisture and smoothness to the waves in my hair. It also works really well after the shower, if you mix 25% conditioner to 75% water in a sprayer bottle and shake it until it's well blended. I use that spray to add humidity to the curly waves in my hair on days when my hair just wants to poof up and frizz out. And, this diluted conditioner spray calms that right down and leaves my waves looking smooth while still feeling soft. However, like many other buyers, on my last order I received a bottle that didn't have a pump on the top. For a first time buyer, that might be a deal breaker. I mean, if you can't get it out of the bottle easily, then it's inconvenient. However, since I've been using this brand for years, I just took the pump from my last bottle out and used it with the new bottle. Not a big deal for me, because I love the conditioner so much that it not having a pump top included was only a minor annoyance. Maybe there was a bad day at the factory where the pump-top machine wasn't working right. Who knows lol. Hopefully they straighten out the issue, though.

This is the best conditioner for my kids’ curly hair and I love it for my hair too! It leaves our hair incredibly soft and deeply hydrated, especially from the mid-lengths to the ends. We also use it as a pre-shampoo treatment by applying it from the mid-lengths to the ends for about 10 minutes before washing (the “sandwich method”), and I absolutely love the results. It leaves our hair so moisturized, smooth, and easy to manage. We’ll definitely keep buying it!

The conditioner itself is 5 stars! I’ve used this for many years and my dry but fine curls love it. I’m subtracting a star for the awful bottle it’s housed in. The pump is crappy and getting the last 15% of the conditioner out requires removing the pump and shaking it, hooking a finger in to scoop out what remains, etc. PLEASE use a less firm plastic for the bottle and add a cap that can be squeezed instead of the dumb, dumb pump.

Love this conditioner, makes my hair shine better. I have curly/wavy hair frizzy as well helps tame it a bit. Makes my hair soft. And curls do look better after use. Smells good.

Love this conditioner, it's awesome for my 2c hair. Only complaint is the pump. It's obviously a cheap choice by the manufacturer and not made for people that have thick hair and require more than a tablespoon of conditioner at a time

After years of buying a $56 shampoo and conditioner I found I was unable to spend $112 for the product I was using so I gave this a try. I was so grateful to find Shea Moisture! Smells wonderful! My curls are tighter and my hair is moisturized wonderfully. I love it and won’t be changing products any time soon. In fact I’m going to try the other hair products that Shea Moisture makes.

I've been using this product for more than a year already and my hair curls look pretty awesome with it. It's very hard to find good products for curly hair here in Canada, and for me this one is the best I've used so far.

I have extremely coarse, curly hair and this stuff is amazing. It keeps the frizz so minimal while allowing my curls to bounce. Ive been using shea moisture for 2 years now and any time I try something different I regret it. Also, I am writing from my husbands account!

I love Shea Moisture, and I wanted to try their conditioner out. As expected, phenomenal job by them. I usually have problems with frizz and poor shape on my curls, but this conditioner fixes everything. It also smells amazing. I would recommend this if you have curly hair and want a long lasting solution to texture.
