Awesome banding material for Liquid membranes
Used this with Mapei AquaDefense and GoBoard. Used this Banding Fabric for all my seems has an added layer for waterproofing. GoBoard says sealant is enough, but this Banding fabric with AquaDefense makes it bulletproof. I did some testing before using it. I laid this fabric on some GoBoard and covered half the fabric with 2 layers of AquaDefense. The next day I ripped the Fabric away from the GoBoard and it tore a layer of GoBoard with it. Xfasten soaks in the AquaDefense and makes the best waterproofing for seems and corners.

Redgard coating over gaps
Membrane worked well, used it to cover the gaps/joints in the backerboard. Thicker membrane than the other ones I’ve used in the past

Works great for adding strength to shower corners and pan when using Regard.
Cuts easily and allows Regard to saturate the membrane. Also stretchable .

Utilized for red gard shower pan and walls using divot method. No leaks, product was easy to use with a sharp razor blade.

worked great
I used it to waterproof my shower over Hardi backer with Mapei aqua defense. I slathered it on thick, and smoothed quickly with my gloved hands. work fast as the liquid membrane dries quickly. And then I really slathered it on over it making sure it penetrated the membrane. seems to have worked great.
