Worth the price!
Yes, the price is a bit high for just 1/8 inch foam tiles. But once they are up and painted they add so much class and value! I Love, Love them! I saved money and added interest by not doing my whole ceiling. If you want the same look I'll put down what I used.I bought 2 packs, that 16 tiles.I used Henkel-Loctite Power Grab Express Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive and for the 16 tiles, I ended up using 3 tubes of it. But do not put on as many dollops as in the video. That is way too much adhesive. I put a dot on each corner, a dot in the middle of each side, and a 4-dot square on the inner part of the tile. They're so lightweight this was more than enough. The tiles do not take paint well because it's styrofoam and the paint beads up on them. It took more than 5 coats to cover them, and you have to wait for the paint to dry completely before you do the next one. But that's the only downside. Because certain things can melt styrofoam, I waited till they were painted and then used calking to close the gaps between the tiles and then painted them to match.Lastly, I used Peel and Stick Flexible Baseboards Molding Trim as a border trim around the tiles and painted it the same color. I also bought it from amazon. It was super easy to put up as well.

Very easy and beuatiful looking
Very easy to put up, they are great for coverage, I have a house built in 1890 and the ceilings would have been very hard to repaint these covered it and everyone that sees it says wow it looks great, You may have to caulk a little if your walls are not squared you could have some gaps but I would give these a 10 out of 10

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT
The media could not be loaded. This product is very affordable.l, easy to work with, and looks great!I chose this product as a strategy for to camouflage surface electrical wiring on a concrete ceiling. In looking at photos of other Amazon reviews, I wasn't a fan of the visible seams in between the tiles, which create a grid and detract from the design. To accommodate the wiring as well as giving the plaster a bit of concrete ceiling to grip, I spaced the tiles 1/4" apart and then I spent close to 2 weeks slooooowly building up plaster between the tiles (it helps to finish the corner joints and work out from there). I definitely made the process more complicated than it needed to be, but I absolutely love the final appearance

Pretty, but a little flimsy.... update
These are pretty, but they must be painted or they look cheap. Will be beautiful once painted*** update... the price fluctuates by a lot, I went back to buy some more because I decided to do more rooms and the price had increased, not worth it... will not buy any more.

Edges stink
All blocks were probably cut using flashcutter. The blade was dull or not set deep enough or mat was severely cut up without changing. Operator never checked quality and packed them up. All edges were jagged. I will have to smooth down all sides on like all packs. Unfortunately opened after a few months due to personal issues and supplier could not care less.

Whoa...so cool!!
These foam tiles exceeded our expectations. Easy to work with, light (foam), and cut easy. We wanted the look of a copper ceiling. My fiance glued theses tiles, caulked the seams, and rolled on a copper paint. These tiles really transformed our kitchen. Looks so warm and inviting. Definitely recommend.

Great, budget friendly option for ceiling updates
Easy to install and it's looking really nice so far. Looking forward to completely covering up the ugly popcorn texture on my kitchen ceiling!I painted these with ceiling paint before installing. After all are installed I will be going through and caulking all the seams. The only issues I've noticed with these is they're not 100% square- one dimension is slightly shorter than the other.

Easy installation, great look.
These ceiling tiles were the perfect solution to a ceiling that the previous owners of our house had "fixed" by gluing 60s era acoustic ceiling tiles to an old plaster ceiling that had likely developed cracks. We were faced with either removing the tiles and repairing the original damaged ceiling (who knows what that might have involved) or finding a product to cover the cardboard tiles. The A la Maison tiles worked beautifully. They are lightweight (about an ounce apiece) and attached easily using a high-tack adhesive. No need to hold them in place while the adhesive was setting. They trimmed easily to fit using an exacto knife. Once painted they looked like an embossed tin ceiling. Beautiful!
