This is the best kadai I have bought so far… the food doesn’t stick even with minimum of oil… I am writing this review after using it for a very long time.. it shines like a new one

I bought the 30 cm Circulon. Great quality. Really good for everything including shallow frying, deep frying, and curries. The height of the kadai isn’t as much as we’d like it to be (a little more oil sputters out than usual) but it’s such a good cooking experience that it simply doesn’t matter! I considered the price for some days before I took a leap of faith based on existing reviews, but I assure you that I would not have waited that long if I’d had a chance to see/few the product.Update after a few weeks: still great to use. Just a small issue: the handles could have been broader so we could slide all 4 fingers through them. They do heat up and when I was holding it gingerly with 2-3 fingers on either side and transferring the pan from the cooktop to a trivet, the gravy flowed forward (the pan is quite shallow and wide while the handles are narrow). The pan pitched forward and I almost lost all the curry to the floor.

It looks very nice and it will be durable.

The product is advertised as scratch resistant with life time warranties. In less than 2 months (of limited use) there are scratches all over. And I have been using non-stick for ages now so know fully well how to care for these products!Now trying to get in touch with the customer care to replace the product

I think… no utensils can be better than this one…. I love this product…
