FreeMind Supplements - Vegan Stress Relief Supplement for Anxiety , Mood & Relaxation

Ironically my name is Samatha....so when I saw this I knew I had to try it. Honestly, like most say it smooths the edges....when I'm really freaking out I can take 2 and normally it calms me quickly. It doesn't make you drowsy but will calm you to help you rest. I think this is an amazing product. (And no this isn't a paid review...I saw the product while searching for anxiety solutions and knew I wanted to try it when it had my weird name as their brand name)

Only have had the opportunity to try it once; helped smooth the edges for sure though very mild. I like it, thank you.

They have a calming effect. I am more relaxed buy not sleepy. Definitely recommend this supplements . Will buy these again

I really feel that this supplement has benefitted my mood, I can definitely tell if i have missed a dose.

I purchase this product for my daughter who suffers from severe anxiety and OCD. She feels it helps her significantly and she is able to wean down on her prescribed medications.

I haven't felt any different.

I have only been taking this for a handful of days but I do feel much better when I take it. Today was the first day that I took two separate two capsule dosages ( you can take up to 6 capsules of Samatha daily ) and It worked just as well during the second dosage that it did with the first. I am hoping that with this product the body does not build a rapid tolerance - because I could see how this product would end up being potentially ineffective over time if that were the case. All and all this is the greatest anti stress/anti anxiety product that Iv'e used other than the dangerous pharmaceuticals that everyone should do their best to stay away from. Its always nice to find a product that wont turn you into a potential drug addict, while at the same time providing you relief. I notice with this product - things that normally would have bothered me are easy to not acknowledge, and my mind just generally feels cleaner & clear. Definitely a product that you can feel - and although it does not offer you the easy way out that many of the pharmaceutical anti-anxiety drugs due ( such as benzos and stimulants ) - it does offer a tangible augmenting of the mental faculties which makes one feel generally more calm, less insecure, and more relaxed. Over time this could have a very profound effect. I will keep you guys posted as I continue to use this. My girlfriend bought me 3 bottles - so I will do a monthly check in. PEACE
