Wonderful heavier weight parchment paper; can be used more than once. Very absorbent, captures extra oils from your baking. Baked goods brown uniformly. Natural color, unbleached; can be cut to fit any size pan. Tip: crinkle the parchment paper into a ball; smooth it out and lay it in the pan. It stays in the pan easier as you place your items to be baked on the pan.

I tried to reduce the amount of Aluminum that I come into contact with and decided to try parchment paper since Aluminum foil touches your food as it cooks there can be small amounts that leach into your food. I use this parchment paper for lining cookie sheets for oven use. If I need something to conform to the shape of the food that I want to cover like potatoes or corn on the grill or in the oven I first wrap the food in parchment then put foil on top. This can reduce the food's exposure to aluminum. I found this parchment paper to be the most affordable per square foot. Reynolds also makes parchment paper but it's a little more expensive and typically comes in smaller rolls.Pros:- Some non-stick properties- No aluminum to leach into foods- Nice wide width for good coverage- Affordable and good price point- Can be re-used 2-3 times- Doesn't change taste of food- Non-flammable up to 450 degrees- Microwave safe- All natural and Non-toxicCons:- If wrapping foods to cook it does not conform to their shape without assistance (like twine or an external layer of foil)- Can burn if directly exposed to flames like in BBQ grills. (precautions need to be taken if using on the grill)Conclusion:I've been using this Unbleached Parchment Paper for Baking for 18 months and its a great product at a great price. Helps me minimize aluminum from foil from leaching into my family's food. I highly recommend this product.

The huge amount 250 sq. Ft. AND the 15" width and not bleached are my favorite features.

First of all, I'd like to say that this parchment paper works great! It's economical and does just what it's supposed to do. Secondly - the packaging (most importantly the cutting edge) is HORRIBLE! There is no way to easily open the package without tearing the end flaps or ripping the cardboard. And once you finally get it open, the flimsy cutting edge attached to the flimsy cardboard is worthless! There is absolutely NO way to get a clean cut edge. I found a solution that may or may not work for others: stiffen the box. After straightening the metal cutting edge, I glued a thin (~1/4" x 3/4") strip of wood behind it. Clamping the strip until the glue sets is important - gotta keep that edge straight! Then I turned the roll of parchment so it feeds UP at the front of the box. Now I can unroll the amount I need, put a hand on the roll to keep it from turning and gently cut the parchment. Now I get a perfect straight cut EVERY time. I would also recommend opening the box with a thin paring knife under the seals to keep from tearing the box. Expect to have to tape the box to keep it from flying apart. I ordered this as I was getting low on the previous brand of parchment paper that I had in my house. I feel like this is even better than the much more expensive brand. I feel like nothing sticks to it like it's supposed to, it tolerates heat a little better, and tears really well

As a baker, I fly through parchment paper. It's also important to me to use non-toxic items. This has been an amazing addition to my kitchen!!! I cannot store it in my normal drawer, but I love that I have a large supply of this, I won't be running out soon and it's so easy to use. It doesn't tear off weird and uneven like some traditional parchment paper can, it tears off in an easy line and it's wonderful!! Also, the fact that it's unbleached is just great. A wonderful staple in a kitchen that bakes a lot and strives to be low-tox.
