The Wakefit coffee table is of good quality and looks really nice. However, the delivery took much longer than expected. Also, I was informed that installation would be completed within 24–48 hours after delivery, but no one came during that time, which was disappointing. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product and its quality.

This is a perfect table. First of all the service from Wakefit is fabulous. I received a damaged part of the table and wakefit humbly lodged my case and replaced it within a day. Since the delivery is also done by Wakefit and not Amazon, a carpenter also comes during delivery who assembles the table. The entire process took just 20 minutes. The table is strong as per is expected capacity. I have used it for 4 months now and just by wiping it with a moist cloth makes it new again. Its made up of particle wood and the external material is a normal laminate. I was warned by the carpenter not to allow water drops or hot material directly on the top of the table. If water spills over, I must clean it immediately. And that's all, I'm super happy with this table. Just try out, with this price I find it best. Rest is future!

Excellent product and the fitting was also done in quick time. Basis my poor past experience with another vendor who did not deliver at all, I was skeptical about Wakefit too. And when they missed the scheduled delivery date, my doubts about them forced me to escalate with Amazon. They asked me to wait for 1 more day and assured me that item will definitely get delivered basis their interaction with Wakefit. Accordingly, I decided to wait for 1 more day. Wakefit did not disappoint and it was worth the wait. I also cancelled the plans to ask for a refund. Will definitely recommend this product.

I purchased this table, and I'm glad that I did. The table has been a aesthetic addition to my living room and I'd recommend this product for anyone trying to bring an aesthetic feel to their home. The material is sturdy and the wheels underneath make it easier to move it while cleaning. Great product!

I wish I could give zero stars. The table I bought broke down in just 1 week of use — completely unacceptable for a brand claiming good quality. When I reached out to Wakefit directly via their website and contact number, they refused to even open a service ticket, insisting that I had to go through Amazon for any repair. Finally, on 25th July, a ticket was opened through Amazon for Wakefit to repair the faulty product. Today is 11th August, and absolutely nothing has been done. Even worse, when I message them via Amazon, they take 3 days just to make a phone call. This has been a continuous loop of frustration and harassment — zero accountability, zero urgency, and a complete disregard for customers’ time and money. This experience has been a nightmare, and I will never purchase from Wakefit again. If you value your peace of mind, stay away from their products. Update as of 1 Sep Table is still broken, manufacturing defect clearly visible in video uploaded here also. Wakefit is not sending replacement or giving refund either.
