Utter rubbish
Bought 2 of these adaptors as I want to set up multiple monitors in my home office and my laptop won't take the vga cables. Both adaptors don't work and one fell apart. Shoddy and waste of money don't bother buying

Unable to use
Like others, I was unable to use as (i) I have no drive and (ii) the link to download the driver didn't work. I also noted that the male VGA would not sit in the adapter straight as one of the two screws would not engage.

A complete waste of time & money. Don't buy...
Purchased this for an additional monitor for my laptop. As soon as I plugged it in, there was a drive 'error!' The instructions suggested I use a drive to install a driver from the CD they supplied. Only problem is that my laptop doesn't have a CD drive. This was a complete waste of time...

Great - all works good! Only make sure you connect to USB 3.0
It works great. I downloaded the driver and installed it in a few minutes - then everything worked just OK, plug and play, no need to restart the computer.NOTE: I have an older model of ThinkPad X1 Carbon that has 2 USB ports. First I connected to one of them and the image quality was bad (low resolution only). Then I switched to the other one and everything was OK, with great image quality and HD resolution. That made me realize that one USB was 3.0 (the one I needed to use) and the other USB 2.0 (that didn't work well with the Adapter.Happy with my purchase and I will advice my fellow Amazonian Buyers to check in the computer system settings the type of USB (needs to be 3.0 to work properly)

Fantastic show, clunky amazon interface detracts from the experience
Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress has an extremely engaging setting without treading too far into the already established beaten path that Attack on Titan has already created. The action sequences are flashy and fast paced which I personally find appealing. The series two episodes in is great thus far and the only critiques I can levy are against Amazon's interface. Lessons could be taken from both Hulu and Crunchyroll here as it is very difficult to find simulcasted series. I accidentally stumbled across this series while checking out a spreadsheet of the spring animes. Amazon also doesn't appear to attempt to sort anime series by genre, popularity or date released. Instead I find myself scrolling through endless lists of all the latest animes added to amazon which amounts to mostly naruto, avatar, and legend of korra. Which I personally am not very interested in watching.

Finally, one that works in portrait mode.
This was my third try at finding an adaptor to connect my old 1680x1050 monitor to my laptop. I really don't have the technical know-how to fully rate the image quality. but for me, the image on my monitor is just as good as through an HDMI-VGA adaptor, at least at 1680x1050, 60hz.The thing that was surprisingly challenging was finding an adapter at this price point that can work in portrait mode (vertical) and I'm happy to say that this one does. Its drivers are more up-to-date (relatively speaking) than a lot of other adaptors on the market. specifically, if you are choosing between the adaptor from ABLEWE and this one, get this one. ABLEWE has horribly outdated drivers and does not work at all in portrait mode.I think there is a SLIGHT, barely perceptible, delay in response time, which if you are a gamer could be a deal-breaker. BUT, if you are a gamer, your probably not using VGA anyway, much less looking for a usb-vga adaptor for your primary display. I think average users who simply want to connect their laptop to a VGA display will not notice a thing. One thing that does suck is that you do have to sacrifice a USB 3.0 port on your machine. It does work with 2.0, but unless you are trying to connect an old small bulky monitor (which... come on why are you doing that?) I would not use this through USB 2.0. This is not a fault of the product, but of the limitations of 2.0 itself. Other products that claim that they can do 1080p through USB 2.0 are lying to some degree. I've tried the one developed by ABLEWE, it was the worst. It had horrible ghosting and delay both through the 2.0 and 3.0, and was Completely useless.Oh, btw, if at first you get the 800p display when you connect the device (after you install drivers of course). make sure your port is a 3.0, and try unplugging it and plugging it back in. That should fix it right up.The last thing I am going to say is that if you are looking to attach a 2nd monitor, use either your HDMI, display port, or usb-c ports first as they are MUCH more optimized for this sort of thing. But if you have to do it through a regular USB-A connection, I would actually check to see if the monitor has a HDMI or DVI input and purchase a USB-HDMI adaptor and possibly an HDMI-DVI cable. HDMI is pretty much exactly the same signal as DVI except it also has channels for audio, and if a display can accept digital - DVI, HDMI-DVI will almost certanly work with it. DVI delivers a better image than VGA, and should be what you try first if wanting to get the absolute best quality out of your monitor. But if you are like me and have a monitor that only uses VGA, then this will serve you fine. Will updated if it breaks, I hope this helps.
