Purchased as gift for daughter and son in law
The Crosley white swing was as pictured and as depicted on line by Amazon. It was delivered timely. My daughter and her husband were thrilled. However, there was a dent on the left arm (panel G). Probably not the manufacturers fault. Most likely happened during delivery. The price was good for this product. Hopefully a replacement part can be sent.

Assembly instructions lacking
Arrived quickly. It definitely takes 2 to assemble it. Assembly was relatively simple, except that the 2mysterious pieces that stick out of the back panel had NO step included as to where to connect them to any other pieces. The back panel is not secured to anything until we decided to try & force these 2 pieces in a very contorted way into a hole in the side panel. As Not intuitive as can be. We also came up short one nut…so a trip to HDepot & a day later, assembled. So far we love it. It’s key to follow the instructions completely (unless there aren’t any ☹️) esp. regarding don’t tighten until…

Just like Granny's glider, but better
I love everything about this glider, especially the color (red). It would have been a challenge for me to put it together as I am not mechanically talented. Its definitely a two person job. My husband and his friend had it together in about 2 hours. It glides quietly and evenly. It looks great on my porch with a pair of red metal chairs.

Difficult to assemble, damaged in shipping
I like the sturdiness of the glider and it definitely has the retro vibe. Just what I wanted. BUT. It's difficult to assemble, make sure you have 2 people. Instructions are 2 dimensional and attaching armrests to bench/back combo is difficult - I had to use a clamp and board to get holes to line up. But it is sturdy once assembled. Biggest issue for me is it was damaged in several places, presumably during shipping. Big dent on seat is most prominent. Chipping in a few places across the top backrest are also prominent as was a bit of denting on armrest (not pictured). Once you unpack this heavy monster and get all the many, many parts laid out for assembly, the thought of repacking and sending back didn't seem worth the frustration. So if you don't mind paying a decent price (by comparison) for what is essentially a scratch and dent product, this could work for you. UPDATE: After contacting the seller, they were very responsive in providing me with several options to resolve, one of which I accepted. I appreciated the quick response and fair resolution from them.

Comfortable but Difficult to Assemble
I love this bench and am glad I bought it. But, it was difficult to put together. The holes were not finished out so we had to purchase a tap to do it ourselves. I was able to put the base and seat together on my own but it took two of us to connect those two pieces together because it wasn’t quite aligned correctly. The directions were not 100% accurate either. Overall though, if you have patience, it’s a good piece.

Time will tell
The initial delivery was faster than expected. Amazon indicated it would be about 2 weeks and the glider arrived at my door in a week. Unfortunately, the welds on one piece of my glider were so poorly done that i was unable to attach the feet to the "B" side of the frame. I called Crosley Furniture directly and had the replacement piece a week later. It was fairly easy to put the glider together but to my eye, the pieces which are used to suspend the glider seem flimsy. Luckily, i have a spare pair as a result of having to replace part of the frame with the manufacturer. Also, the sides are attached using eye-bolts which seems like it might not be stable over time. Overall, i like it!....and am glad i bought the 4 year "protection plan" for $17. It looks like they've raised the price of that at this point. I'm looking forward to gliding the night away on my deck all summer.1 year update: The glider is doing great. It weathered the winter without any issues and i'm gliding the the quarantine evenings away. I like the glider so much that i'm considering buying the love seat for my front porch. I'm very happy with this purchase.
