A very good receiver only filter that works! Not designed for transmit circuits.
Pay a bit more money and buy a filter that works! I fitted this between a 50mhz beam antenna and a receiver to remove the FM broadcast band interference. As you can see from the 2 photos, it works a treat! Oh, the actual signal levels indicated are not as per real life as RF attenuators are fitted in circuit?

Effective. Worth using.
Completely blocks FM stations, even when tuned directly to them. Before using this filter, I would receive images and intermod from the local FM station periodically throughout the frequency range of the RTL-SDR. I'm sure there is some insertion loss, but the receive is much improved elsewhere throughout the band and likely suffers less front end overload, for an overall improvement.
