Energy boost
I hate gels, I think they all taste weird and make me gag. I've been stuck on gummies for a long time because I struggle with gels so much. But these are awesome. I ordered the strawberry lemonade and the taste is pretty good. The effects are strong. I take a couple on my longer runs (about 15 miles) and about 10 minutes after eating I get such a boost. It's pretty amazing how much I felt these. For me, the boost lasted for a half hour possibly longer.

Great product
The electrolyte plus are a great way to get hydrated and keep you going on long workouts / runs / rucks /etc. my only complaint is they showed up looking like a busted can of biscuits.
