Comfortable and professional looking
It arrived in a box in pieces. I had to ask a young neighbor to assemble. Pieces were too heavy, and too awkward for this elderly person to manage. However, watching the assembly process, it looked easy enough if you are agile and strong. One tool was supplied with the bolts. It worked like a charm. The chair sits comfortably. Provides great back support. Feels sturdy. The height rises very well and easily. Chair can be pushed beneath my desk without leaving a big gap. It has a little storage area in the back space to store a few needed items. The wheel base is well spaced and wheels across my carpet with ease.I am very happy with this chair. I will buy it again. It is my second one. It should last 5 years.

Pay attention to chair height!
I've been eyeing this chair since I saw a similar one in an office store a few years ago. One of the things I like about it is that it will go lower to the floor than most people. I happen to be on the shorter end of things (5'4" and if I put it as low as it will go my feet touch the ground and are at an appropriate ergonomic angle.Sizing: I am a smaller woman. This fits me well, including how far out the arm rests are. I personally always choose to leave those off so that my pull out drawer can slide up to me. I share this because if you are wider than a size small dress in women's clothing, you might start feeling like this is a little bit ... tight.Comfort: comfortable... enough. Let's just be honest: this isn't a memory foam $800 chair. Have I sat in more comfortable chairs before? Yep. BUT: it's probably on par for almost anything else that you'll try. What I like about it is that you don't get the discomfort of sitting on fake leather. Somehow this feels more... breathable?Pricing: You can typically buy this chair on sale at Office D* or Office M* on sale for about $90 or so. This went on a great sale price, so I jumped to try it.Overall: I'm pleased. It rolls easy, it meets my needs, and it fits my smaller size.BUT: buyer beware if you are larger than a petite woman. (In my opinion!)

Comfy
Found this chair at a local office store and came straight home to look for it on Amazon. Price was better online and it arrived quickly. It is very sturdy and comfortable.

Seems comfortable
I actually sat in this chair in an office retail supply store, and of course evilly, when I saw it was 1/2 the price on Amazon, bought it here. It came quickly. The instructions were tolerably clear if you read carefully. The only part I needed help for was getting the assembled chair onto the base. Had I bought it retail and had them assemble it, it would have saved me a not fun half-hour. Very comfortable IMO. My son sat in mine, liked it, and I am on here buying another one. (But he'll mostly have to assemble it himself. While tolerable, I'm not eager to do it for 2 chairs in 2 weeks)

Perfectly Serviceable
Don't expect a Herman Miller experience. It's very easy to assemble, is comfortable to sit in a few hours at a time, and is attractive enough to fit in to a nice office. Totally worth the money for a necessary accessory.

This chair is for big and tall folks.
It's a perfectly ok office chair, but it is definitely made for tall people who like an extra slice of pizza or two. If you're plus sized this chair is a win. If you're skinny, you may find it a bit wide, and if you're short, your feet will dangle.

Excellent chair, good lumbar supprt
This chair is super comfortable! I first found it at an office store and was shocked at how comfy it was and how good the lumbar support felt for a chair of its size (not one of the giant mammoth ones). Then I looked it up and found that it was cheaper here on Amazon. Recommended for a good work from home chair!
