I've tried so many brands, but this is the one I've been most impressed with so far. I'm always worried about whether reviews are legit or not nowadays. I split these up so that I take 1 in the morning, one in the afternoon, and another before bed. I've felt more energetic during the day and have been sleeping better at night. I have noticed more vivid dreams, but that may be from something else. I've set this up for subscribe and save and hope that the quality doesn't change.
