Classic Face and Body Paint, 18.8g Pot, White

This is going to be our go-to brand of face paint forever! Highlights: Safe for Celiacs, applies really easily once activated with water and our 5 year-old was able to clean herself with a wet wash cloth. Stayed for 4+ hours even without setting products. Details: Needed a gluten-free product for our child with Celiac disease as we didn't want to risk cross-contamination. Did the research and this product came highly recommended even by those with sensitive skin issues. It came plastic sealed so we knew it was clean. No applicator or instructions (though those might be on the package) so we used a makeup sponge and paintbrush and followed the reviews and some YouTube videos to make sure we applied it right. It activates with water so we got it wet and then also wet the sponge or brush. Really easy to apply with the brush but the sponge could get streaky so we did two coats and gave it just a few minutes to dry in between. The color is so vibrant! We purchased Pale Blue to get the Vampirina character look and it was perfect. Used for a full face for multiple events and still have plenty left so even though it seemed pricier to get a single color, it was well worth it. The main reason I'll go back to this forever is how easy it was to remove. Gave my 5.5 year old a wet wash cloth and she got it done in two minutes. I only had to go around the hairline to get hidden parts but I was really impressed as we were dreading having to get baby oil or other products out to remove it. It stayed really well for the 4 or so hours we needed it each time. Chose not to use a setting spray or baby powder but would recommend it for people going to conventions who need it to stay longer. There was one incident where after washing her hands they didn't get completely dry and she touched her face so there were some fingerprints of missing paint but not a big deal. As someone who doesn't apply makeup and hasn't done full face paint before, I couldn't recommend this more highly.

Yes, I and a group of 5 other adults dressed as oompa loompas this year (2015) for halloween. Naturally we needed orange face paint. After reading a lot of reviews and watching a few face paint tutorials I decided to go with snazaroo and found this product to be sold very reasonably priced by amazon. It was very easy to use. Just add a little water and swirl it around with your finger until the paint is pliable. Then we finger painted our faces and neck which took maybe 5 minutes to completely cover someone's face. Very simple application. We could have used brushes but we were not doing anything delicate or artistic. Just gobs of orange all over the face! It worked great and looked great. We had compliments all night. I'd highly recommend it to anyone thinking of going as an oompa loompa and it's perfect for a group costume idea. I don't know how many applications would work for this 18ml sized product. The descriptions says it could do 50 to 100 full faces and I believe it. We did 6 and it hardly made a dent. This will last a long time. My wife who has fairly sensitive skin and breaks out in rash at the weirdest things was fine using this product. No one else experienced any allergic reaction problems. This washed off in one shower with minimal scrubbing and basic face soap. I was extremely worried about this as we flew out of the state the next day and didn't want to have to explain to TSA why our faces were orange. "Really bad spray on tan?" A warning on this point...this paint will get everywhere. Wash your hands after application really well or everything you touch will have smudges of orange or whatever color you choose to use if you finger paint. I had a few fingerprints smudged on my laptop and going through security at the airport made the TSA agents a little curious about it sending it through the scanner again and inspecting it by hand. Could be a coincidence.

I bought this for a Corpse Bride costume. It arrived a couple of days sooner than expected, so that was nice. I went ahead and tested the makeup on my skin since it's a bit sensitive and oily. I really like the makeup, and I prefer the price, too. I was going to buy Paradise's but they raised the price before I could buy. I ended up browsing again and found this brand. So, pros: it's a nice, pale blue that matches the shade of the character very well. I really like that about it, as I was worried it'd be too bright. It's pretty lightweight, didn't feel heavy or gross or anything, which is a problem I have with foundations sometimes. Cons: difficult to apply. I couldn't find my other makeup blender, so I ended up using a cotton ball. It was time-consuming to try and make this even, and even then it was blotchy in places. It comes off very easily, which is good in some ways so I'm not stuck with blue on my face, but when I want it on, I do want it to stay. Maybe I just need to experiment more with how to use it. It takes several layers to get it remotely decent looking. Would I buy again? Yeah, I would. I like the price a lot and it does the job well enough. It feels comfortable on my skin, which is a big plus. Would I recommend it? Yes, definitely. Especially if you know how to use this type of makeup. I'm sure someone who knows better can make it work well.

I know there are Homestucks checking this stuff out, thinking "should I spend so much? It's just paint." Well, I think you should for the following reasons: 1. It did not irritate my skin. This is one of the few paints that I have used on a large part of my body and not had irritation or peeling. Even some facepaints they would use at a fair did that. 2. It is water-based and washes off VERY easily. Just warm water on a washcloth and it comes right off. (Just beware of sweat and use a good sealant) You won't spend a bunch of time scrubbing roughly at your skin trying to get it all off. 3. It comes off easily, which makes it a good protective layer between your skin and any less-easy-to-remove paints that you may want to add to your cosplay(for example, blood spatters of acrylic) 4. The color is just right (just like in the picture) so you don't have to mix the Dark Grey with the White yourself. (also cheaper to get just one, just sayin') 5. There is plenty in this size container to serve your needs for a while. I've done full face 2 times now plus a full arm, and I'm barely 1/10 of the way into it. When you add water, it really does give you a lot of paint. This 18ml container is about the size of my palm. and about 1/2 inch deep. One last note for my troll friends. This works really well for the face/neck, which won't really be rubbing or bumping into anything. However, I super-duper recommend making some armsocks for your arms instead of using paint, because people will run into you and they will get annoyed if any comes off on their costumes. Also! Don't be a dumb(like me) and paint the palm of your hand. Yes, it's correct for the character. No, nobody wants you to leave paint smudges on their camera/phone.

This stuff is AMAZING!!! One thing that was hard to figure out from other comments was how much you need to cover a full body, so I bought 4 containers of the purple, I used ONE and there's still enough left over to probably do my face and neck again lol. If it helps you I'm 5'3" and obviously a plus size gal, and I covered my ENTIRE body because this dress was revealing! I have so much extra I'm gonna need more purple characters to cosplay 😂 I used the Purple and just a little bit of the Lilac (for highlights and accents) warm water when applying is your best friend, it goes on like butter! I needed 2 full coats to get the coverage, these pictures are also after wearing it for 5 hours outside in the Arizona sun, so I'm super impressed with how well it stayed on!! Taking it off is shockingly easy, I took a hot shower to remove it and I was left with just a few pink spots (that I thought was a reaction at first) but this came off easily with some makeup remover wipes! I would give this stuff 100 stars of I could, I will absolutely be buying other colors for future cosplays! For those of you still reading this book of a review, I originally bought the Mehron cream based and it was HORRIBLE, it would not spread at all and just was really dark in some spots and super light on others. If you're debating between products, learn from my mistake and believe me when I say this product is FAR superior!!

This face paint is very translucent. It was also more yellow than green. I had to mix with a darker green I had on hand to make more of the grinch color.

THIS STUFF WORKS GREAT! I got this to use for a demon costume and it did not disappoint! I bought two containers thinking I would need a lot to cover my face and hands and I literally only used 1/4 of it! I did have to do several layers to get a truly deep red color to completely cover my skin but this is totally worth the $$$! I liked the water activation rather than the oil based products, It didn't clog my pores and it came of soooo easily! I thought I would have been tinted a bit pink afterwards but It all came off in the shower! I used a setting spray over the top to help hold it on. I did have to be a bit careful because a little transfer is inevitable but thats fine, just be mindful if you're wearing something light colored it may transfer and possibly stain clothing. I chose to wear all black for this reason! Would recommend using an oil based cleanser (like DHC oil or micellar water at first) followed by a water based cleanser to get everything off. It also didn't stain my shower which i kind of expected and that was nice! I used a basic makeup sponge and some brushes to get it close to my eyes and around my nose. I did have to toss the sponges and brushes but i purposely bought cheap ones for this application that i could dispose of.

Great Face Paint – Smooth Application and True to Color! I absolutely loved this face paint! It has a creamy texture that makes it super easy to apply, even for detailed designs.
