I like that you were able to slice through cheese without the cheese sticking to the knife. I also like that it’s sturdy enough so that it doesn’t dull with use like my plastic one did.

Received quickly. So far this knife works pretty well. It still sticks a little to cheeses like Havarti, but works better than a regular knife. It is sharp, so it's nice than it comes with a blade cover. It works fantastic for swiss and cheddar consistency cheeses. I partially wanted to get it because my boyfriend has a pocket knife, The Onion (or maybe it's a Scallion) that is also made by Kershaw, and the thought of having a cheese knife by the same company cracked me up. The pocket knife is really cool. :-) I like the cheese knife as well.

Nice and sharp. The holes keep the slices from sticking to the knife. Not as good as the much more expensive one I had previously, but better than using a regular knife.

Excellent for cutting cheese, but the knife is so sharp, it is good for everything.

Great cheese knife. Cuts smooth and with ease. I have bought a few to gift as they work so well.

Not the best cheese slicer but it gets the job done. Requires extra strength to cut through some types of cheese.

This knife cut thru the cheese so easily and is very sturdy. I would buy this product again.

I received this knife a day or so ago but have not used it yet. I like the design and the sheath. Am disappointed that hand washing is recommended.
