Not the cleanest of cuts but cuts super fast through wood.

Excellent tool cuts wood like butter. Needs a strong drill and an arm. Would buy it again.

Doing HVAC isn't easy, but with the right tools, the job can get done faster & run smoother. This is one of those tools. Make clean-cut holes with this! Anyone who works with HVAC installation, especially new construction, knows what I am talking about.

I have used Spyder Brand Before. This Holesaw is Crap. Went to use it and made a Mess and didn't even cut the Hole out in Sheetrock. Don't Buy.

Advertised that it would drill a nice clean hole through CMU block, a soft and hollow concrete product. Simply put even with a very HD hammer drill at the proper rpm and pressure, this hole saw drill bit struggled to make progress and ultimately ended up shattering with parts of the broken blade flying off and hitting my safety glasses and burning my face. I will post a image of the destroyed blade soon but wanted to post this asap so other would know it is not safe for as it is advertised concrete CMU block. Basically it will provide a clean circle that you can use as a template to get out your chisel and demo hammer to finish the job properly. Again will post images of completed hole but do know this a expensive setup that WILL NOT CUT THROUGH A CMU BLOCK AS ADVERTISED! Dangerous!!

One tooth broke off half inch in

Man this thing cuts!! My biggest issue is it gets a grip on the wood and sometimes can jerk the drill almost from your hand so be sure and keep a grip on your drill..

Cuts through lathe and player like a champ!

Right out of the box you can tell this is a solid premium quality product. Not those flimsy one and done hole saws you get at the hardware store and half the price of the comparable high-end Milwaukee, Bosch, Dewalt or Lennox Hole saws. Plus , these larger sizes just aren't stocked in the big box stores. So if you need to install some 6" ventilation ducts through stucco and rim joists this is your holes saw! This is the perfect size too for insulated flexi duct so you can pull it through the wall and terminate it tightly to the duct and slide the hole thing back into the wall without a struggle. A little spray foam to seal the exterior to the pipe and your done!
