Fits perfectly Nikon Coolpix L20
It works wonderfully as expected in a Nikon Coolpix L20. As shown in the picture, the batteries' receptacle little hatch does close, of course tightly. The camera has a tiny slot to fit a cable coming out of the receptacle. I've also included a picture I took with my Nikon connected through its new EH-65A AC Power Adapter Kit. I'm very satisfied with the product & recommend it at least for the camera model I'm using the adapter kit for.

Works pretty good for replacing 2 in-series AA batteries.
I bought 4 of these as a solution for having to replace 2 AA batteries on communication devices at work. They have worked almost perfectly.My only problem was that since the Positive and Negative are not offset, the spring on the Negative side of my devices, keeps the positive side from making contact. This was easily remedied by placing a #6 washer between the adapter positive and my devices Positive, to bridge the gap.

not what I expected
I think I blew it buying this adapter when I should of bought a new camera with re-chargable battaries. I had to return it to the company. Was not what I thought it was. I was looking for a adaptor that you could plug in and recharge the battaries.

Junk
Do not buy this. You have to have the camera battery cover off to use it and there is nothing to keep it in the camera when in use so it keeps falling out. Worthless.

Could not close the battery door
When I inserted the EH-65A adapter in place of the 2 AA batteries the door would not close on the Nikon L610. The power pack adapter was just too long. I had to remove some of the plastic on the end of the adapter with a belt sander. Now the battery door will close on the Nikon L610. The camera works fine now!

Looked everywhere for this
Listen, I could out and buy another camera. But as little as use a camera (because my smart phone has a great camera), and I'm tired of using up batteries after just 12 pictures with flash. This was the perfect solution and it was cost effective. Outdoors I use my smart phone..For indoors I plug my nikon with the ac adapter and take 100's of pictures is I want.

Good News
I can leave my camera on now for hours and use it as a TV camera for our theatre's rehearsals.

Kind of short but works
This product has a pretty short cord so it's not very good for trying to reach long distances. Works just fine.
