Needs to be packed better
Product arrived and it had leaked! It was too dry to use as a lip scrub. Very messy oily and not able to apply. Needs to be packed better for shipping

Hard as a rock and not sealed
It’s hard as a rock, the seal was open and stained. There’s no way I can use this. It’s hard into one piece!
