Excellent picture and simple to use
This was the 2nd one I had tried. The first one was poor picture quality. This one has great High Def picture and is really easy to connect from multiple phones. Great product.

Mediocre solution.
It works, mostly. Currently having a consistent buffering issue that is extremely frustrating. This is used from a Windows laptop at home. I noted there is a software upgrade but frankly the Chinese language on the forced update page that appears has kept me from downloading it.I bought a second unit (first use of the original one was really good so I pulled the trigger pretty quick), but it didn’t do so well when using my iPad while staying at a hotel recently. It literally just stopped working.I keep thinking there is likely a better solution.

Good picture quality
I got this as I spend a lot of time in hotels and like to mirror films and shows from my laptop. It's really easy to set up and I found the picture quality to be great with no noticeable lagging. It won't work with AppleTV but that's an Apple issue. I haven't found a workaround for using it with my VPN but I'll keep plugging away at it. It's worked in all the hotels I've tried it at so far. Basically if it has a HDMI port you're good to go. It doesn't come with detailed instructions but the app and website give you all the information you need.

Won't mirror my screen
I bought this product because I was led to believe that it could mirror my screen without having to connect it to an separate wi-fi router. This turned out to not be the case. I've tried it with two different phones and it doesn't work with either of them. I'll likely be returning this product.

Good
Easy to setup. I was looking for something that I would be able to share my iphone screen to my smart TV with reasonable price and this is what exactly i was looking for.

Works!
I’m not giving this five stars because it’s everything I had hoped, I’m giving it five stars for functionality versus price.I’ve worked with several Miracast devices over the last several years and this is the first one I think actually worked out of the box with minimal effort.Keep in mind, the miracast protocol is finicky, and that’s why most similar “cast” devices depend totally on ensuring that the source and output device are on a Wi-Fi network that can share the bandwidth and functionality of the Wi-Fi protocol. One of the benefits to this device is that it does also allow you to leverage the 5G side of your Wi-Fi router’s signal enabling greater bandwidth possibilities, overall. Shouldn’t make any difference to actual usage but shows it’s keeping up with the latest and best ways of connection. So, let me be clear, to really use this device you have to utilize the initial page that will pop up on your screen and follow the instructions for attempting to make a connection with no Wi-Fi at all. That said, you’ll be much better off connecting and then utilizing that connection to enable Wi-Fi capacity and ensuring this device is on your Wi-Fi network. Once you do that, casting to this device will be easy and you’ll have a little trouble. If you want to use this routinely on the road or without a Wi-Fi network, your results are going to be mixed. For example, I have an older monitor that refused to accept a properly scaled signal from this device and it always looked like it was stretched. I messed with the functions for quite a while and it never worked right. However, when I considered leveraging Wi-Fi connection it finally worked properly. Odd, but typical for this kind of set up in my experience.I’m also annoyed that all manufacturers seem to show a single dongle as though it’s going to be powered by itself when reality you’re going to have one or more cords hanging out of these dongles - always a USB-based power source will be needed, and the many cases the antenna portion of the device is also plugged in to the actual HDMI dongle. So, you’ll have to consider the best way to get it all set up so it doesn’t look quite so ugly or provide you with other challenges getting power to it and so forth. Finally, like all devices of similar nature, if you don’t use it for a long time you’re better off to unplug it, plug it back in, select the input signal on your HDMI device and either start from scratch or walk yourself through the basic connections to get it working again. Finally, just wanted to mention that if you follow the basic instructions this device actually will work. I’ve replicated it several times on several different monitors and televisions without any trouble. When you consider that similar devices used to cost $150 not too long ago, I have a hard time not giving us five stars. If you are highly challenged with technical matters, you’re probably going to pull your hair out with this but I do think it’s not too hard to navigate.

HDMI Wifi Connect.
Product is okay. Bought it to test it out and it was cheap. Looks nothing like the advertising picture. Takes 5 volts for power. If your TV puts out more than that. My TV is not a smart TV. The device can overheat. Best for 1hr or 2 for virtual meetings. Be careful if you use for PC gaming, might need a different power source for hdmi cable. Recommend power bank if you use it for gaming or have a fan blow on it. For regular use for display on PC or phone for a few hours works good. Can get overwhelmed if too many devices get connected to it.
