I ordered another brand a while back - refurbished cartridges from China. They never printer the colors very well. I thought I would try this set, seemed to have good reviews.I make the KLR Wine and Beer filter for home brewers, and use my color printer to make manuals. I thought I would try these cartridges, see if I could get better color.I got about 12 of the little 4 page manuals done before the yellow cartridge started making yellow smears across the top of the pages. Sending them back and will try one more set. If they don't work I'll leave it as a 1 star. If they do work I might bump it to a 4 star.UPDATEI sent them back and got a refund....as soon as I wrote the above I was contacted by the company. They apologized and offered to send a new set of cartridges. I took them up on it but will have to wait until my current set of cartridges run out. If they work I will bump this to a 5 star.The customer service is admirable and worth purchasing this product. A good company ios sometimes hard to find. If your cartridges malfunction as mine did they will do right by you.

I have used these cartridges before without a problem, but this batch was terrible. After only about 100 pages of printing, the colors started to bleed badly. Unfortunately, since I don't print in color too often, the time to return/replace these had passed. Now I am stuck with a set of cartridges that are no good and cost over $100. The images shows the print quality I am getting.Update - Once I contacted the company directly, they immediately offered to send out replacement cartridges. They had a longer guarantee than Amazon reported on the site. Important to go to the source.

I purchased the five pack of toner cartridges ( 2 black & 1 each of the color toners) at the same time as I bought my HP printer. I have replaced and nearly used up one of the black cartridges, and finally had to replace the color cartridges. They seem to perform just as well as the original HP cartridges, and comparing the demo page from the HP cartridges to the demo page printed with the Ink-E-Sale cartridges there is virtually no difference in color or quality of print that I can see. I would also say it is important to follow the directions and properly rock / distribute the toner in the cartridges before placing them in the printer. I have found this to be the case with OEM cartridges as well, as it makes a world of difference in initial print quality. I'll be ordering more Ink E-Sale cartridges in the future, in my experience they are very good quality, and MUCH less expensive than OEM cartridges.

I seriously could NOT be happier with this product!! WAYYYYY more affordable than the HP cartridges for my HP printer!! (My printer is the Color LaserJet Pro M452nw for reference). The HP cartridges would be over $90 PER cartridge...this bundle LITERALLY saves us hundreds of dollars each time. We have ordered this bundle 4 times this year alone (we own our own business and print a TON of stuff), and after figuring out the math, that would be $1,800 in ink if we went the HP route. We have only spent $464 - which is a SAVINGS of $1,336!! As a small business owner, EVERY PENNY SAVED is HUGE for us! The cartridges come very well packaged (2 black, 1 magenta, 1 canary, 1 blue) and are shipped very quickly. We almost didn't do this because we were scared it wouldn't work, but it did! :) The colors come out beautiful and perfect for THOUSANDS of copies. Thank you Ink Sale - YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

Black works fine but the colors are not as vibrant. Artwork with multiple colors and gradations look washed out and faded. If you’re looking to produce professional quality print outs you might stick to the HP cartridges. I use these generic versions for internal materials only. A little disappointing but the price is good.Revised 1/31/2018 - I upgraded by one start to 4 out of 5 for good customer service. When I posted my original review the seller reached out and offered to replace the cartridges if I was unsatisfied with them. I told them I still think the cartridges are a good value, and would continue to use them.

This is one of those rare instances where you can buy the incredibly cheap option and not be disappointed. I use a Color LaserJet MFP M477fnw for all of the printing needs of our church - as such, I do a fair amount of printing. I was skeptical about ordering this at first because I have learned the lesson "you get what you pay for" many more times that I should have needed to. However, the other reviews were so good that I thought we should give it a try and we were not disappointed at all. Performance seems to be on par with HP branded toner. I can't comment on longevity, but they seem to be holding up quite well so far.

We have been purchasing these for a while now for several of our work printers. Quality of prints is the same as HP OEM toners. Great value and we have not had one single problem with them with multiple purchases. They last through many more print pages, as compared to OEM, and remember that the page count and the notification to change the toner are just an estimate on the printer. We change them when we notice the print starts to fade a little.Excellent quality and value for your hard earned $$. Save a lot of $$ over OEM toner. Highly recommended.
