Peanut butter - If you like peanut butter, well then this one’s for you! These taste like freshly baked peanut butter cookies and had a very strong peanut butter taste! I’m normally not a peanut butter person, but these were pretty darn good!Snickerdoodle - These were so delicious! The cinnamon and vanilla really showed up in the flavor profile, which sometimes lacks in other snickerdoodle cookies. I also LOVE that they used real vanilla bean instead of using something like natural vanilla flavor (which isn’t really natural at all). These were quite literally the BOMB so I definitely recommend buying these! They were also my favorite out of the three!Ginger snap - Yup, I definitely loved these! The ginger was the perfect amount! I could also taste tiny hints of lemon extract, which put a really unique and delicious twist on these ginger snap cookies. They were so fresh tasting!Overall, these cookies were super delicious and I love all the ingredients that were used to make these. I love that they were all naturally sweetened with dates too! It really made them the perfect amount of sweetness… sweet, but not overwhelmingly sweet! These are an amazing option for those who are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, wanting cookies w/o gums, or really for anyone because they truly taste incredible!!

I am a lover of Hu Chocolate, so I was super excited to try these new cookies.The cookies aren't very large, however there are about 15 +/- per bag and they are the perfect snackable size. They feel like more of a snack, rather than a desert to me, but that is perfectly fine. As someone who is gluten-free, I appreciate that these cookies actually have a nice flavor and crunch.My favorite flavors by far are the snickerdoodle and gingersnap. The flavors go perfectly with the texture of the cookies. I also liked chocolate chip because you got those yummy bits of Hu chocolate in there. The peanut butter was good as well, but I enjoyed the other ones more.Ultimately, these are a healthy alternative to cookies. Note, these are not vegan as they do contain eggs. Great job Hu, looking forward to what they'll do next!

I’ve loved Hu chocolates for a while so was excited to try these. These are delicious and the serving size is generous! The chocolate chip and peanut butter flavors were the best. My husband and I both agreed that the snickerdoodle tasted more like ginger snaps and the ginger snaps did not have a ginger taste. We almost wondered if somehow the bags got switched. But they were still yummy!

The Peanut Butter was gross - threw them away, less gross was the chocolate chip, it was just ok, not very chocolatey, the two best were the Snickerdoodle and the Ginger Snap with the Ginger Snap way better than the Snickerdoodle. The Snickerdoodle really had that over cooked burned flavor, but the cinnamon pulled them through. The Ginger Snaps snapped and had a great ginger flavor. If you are to only buy one - buy the Ginger Snaps. Side note, at a net gram of carb per cookie, and the cookies being about the size of a quarter, they aren't all that Keto friendly

First, the cookies are delicious! They snap and are gingery like regular ginger snaps. Because of their organic and humane certified ingredients, the price is in the range of keto products which are all overpriced. The price isn't bad until you realize that each bag is only 2 servings and it comes with 3 bags, so 6 servings. Still, not terrible when you're used to buying keto products. The problem is though they are labled as Keto, they are definitely NOT KETO. The first ingredient is Dates, which is what sweetens them. Dates are NOT KETO! They are literally loaded with Fructose which we now know has the greatest impact on blood sugar. They also get fiber from the agave plant which, depending on what part and how processed may impact blood sugar. The cookies totally spiked my sugar and I could tell even before reading the ingredients I was not eating a keto food. I trusted the labeling but it was wrong. NOT KETO BUT DELICIOUS. I have to give them all awa.

As soon as they arrived, I tore open the package to taste these. Honestly, I wanted to have high hopes, but did not actually have high hopes; having tasted a million different low carb cookies. But, oh my goodness!!! These little cookies are absolutely delicious, with that perfect ginger snap spice to it. If I did not know these were sugar free, I would have thought they are the real deal. No funny aftertaste, no cooling effect, nothing. Just deliciousness. I don’t know how I am going to eat just one every once in a while, because they are good enough to eat the whole bag! Who (Hu) knew?! Lol. Thanks for making such a perfectly flavorful snack to kill my sweet tooth. Now I will have to try the other flavors, but this one will always be my favorite.

Are these going to be some weird gummy substance parading as a cookie? NO! They are crispy in the exact way that a small chocolate chip cookie should be. They taste good! I wouldn't even know they were added/artificial sugar free if I just grabbed one off of a snack tray. Well ok I'd probably know they were artificial sugar free because anyone who says they can't taste that stuff is in denial. Yes, they are on the expensive end. But as a former pre-diabetic, I am looking long term and thinking insulin and diabetes related health issues sound pretty expensive too, and a lot less enjoyable than these. But I also love cookies, so I am really excited to have found these!

Update - the Hu customer service skills are outstanding. I will absolutely continue to buy their products. Their chocolate really is so good and worth the $$$ for that much needed treat.All of the flavors are NOT good... some are worse than others. The value is terrible, the cookies are microscopic, the taste is bad. I think I only finished off 1 bad (snickerdoodle) and threw out the other 3 bags after attempting to choke a few cookies down. I was really looking forward to a non-homemade treat too now that I'm officially allergic to wheat, cane sugar, and corn sugar. I really enjoy HU brand chocolate, I'm just going to have to stick to Simple Mills when I need a safe and tasty cookie.
