We've had for just under 2 years and the monitor stopped charging. Monitor never moves and had had no damage to it, was hoping there was a warranty but we are unable to get any product support

Initial setup did not go well. Had to use two different Apps to get Camera to pair and load. Camera will not upload the firmware update. Mounted camera above baby crib and it won’t stay in position, slips down. Magnet won’t hold. Very disappointed!

I just don't get it. There is not a single baby monitor out there that has good review and does the basics well enough.This was the best I could find but I already had issues with connectivity while using the app: it says the camera is not connected, which makes you freak out.Anyway, using the monitor device seems fine but the image quality is worse than using the app.

There is a bright blue light on the camera that never goes off! That's bad enough on its own but at times it starts flashing for no reason (It's only supposed to only flash when pairing the device). Our baby has woken up several times to this flashing, disco-like, feature. In addition to this, the light makes the camera very hot so the temperature sensor is way off.I researched the web looking for a solution and noticed that customers have complained about this problem for years and Motorola reps have simply said there is no solution. I don't know how Motorola would make such a poor design choice.GOOD NEWS! I found a solution! I opened the camera up (very easy to do) and removed a small chip inside it that has the LED light on it. Not only did it fix the blue light issue but the camera doesn't get as hot so the temperature sensor is more accurate!

J'ai acheté ceci pour un cadeau de shower pour bébé qui est due pour le mois de juin 2021 . je ne peux vous donner aucune recommandation pour le moment . merci
