My grandson was athe Cat in the Hat for Halloween, and his parents were Thing 1 and Thing 2, I joined them for Halloween, and with this hat and a grey sweatsuit, I was perfect as Horton. I loved the hat, and left it with my grandson because he loved it too. It was very comfortable (I wore it to participate in a neighborhood parade, a mile in length, and the return trip). My big head was fine, and yet it fit the four year olds head too.

Really well made and looks just like the movie! It is surprisingly adjustable and fits my kids and my husband (7 7/8 hat) can even wear it. Great purchase.

Great quality- a bit snug for me but I am an adult male with a large head- am figuring out a way to stretch it a bit- should fit most people fine with the size adjuster built in- Dr. Seuss is my author of the month so it will go perfectly with the theme

The postal service was delayed and I got my item 3 days after the latest estimate which was very frustrating but not the fault of the seller. The hat is pretty snug and I don't have a large head so just be aware of that (and it's at max size). Otherwise it's good quality.

It’s exactly what I expected!!

I bought this for my daughter for book week at school. the theme was Dr Seuss and she didn't want to be yet another Cat in the hat. We Live in New Zealand so can't get anything like this at home.The quality was better than I was expecting and it was great that it has a size adjuster in the hat.She loved horton's trunk being able to be bent into different shapes.She wore this with a pale blue top and jeans, and we made a paper mache egg (she was Horton hatches the egg) and it looked great. All her classmates loved it so one very happy 7 year old!!

I was looking specifically for a Horton themed accent and was so happy to find this hat. It worked great for my purposes - it is a tight fit if you have a big head and if a small child is wearing it then it might be big. The 'nose' has a wire in it so you can bend it in different directions which is great. It withstood a strong wind (I was running while wearing it) and absolutely no issues. I was very pleased because given the price I did not have much in the way of expectations for utility/function versus novelty. If you are a Dr Seuss fan and Horton in particular, this is a good buy.
