I cold stratified the seeds prior to planting, then kept under grow lights and within a week I have found four sprouts so far. The first sprout is really filling out, too. I suggest doing the cold stratify first, freeze the seeds for 24 hours, then soak in water for another 24 hours. Then plant in dirt in full sun or grow lights and be patient because they take their time.

Changing my review. I was impatient and didn’t wait long enough. I have several seedlings and seeds I have soaked are sprouting!!

I bought this catnip in April and planted it after doing the cold method which was advised and in three and a half months it is grown to approximately one inch. I bought new Miracle Grow dirt and put it in it kept it in the direct sunshine like the directions said and it just won't grow. I even transplanted some of them into other pots that I had flowers in and it's still is a half inch to an inch tall. I would be weary of trying this product.

Never did a damn thing.

Some of the seeds germinated but only a few. They are spindley and won't survive 😔

I planted these seeds the day I received them. The frost was done for the year. But it was still cold outside. So they took two weeks to sprout and now they are plants. My fur buddy It's in heaven for the summer. He loves his daily dose of catnip. So this is a good quality catnip. With a nice smell. And he doesn't get too too crazy of which I like because he's an elderly cat.
