Is the nozzle supposed to be an aerosol spray, because mine squirts a solid stream and it’s like shooting my feet with a squirt gun and very messy.

The nozzle is messed up, it is supposed to spray a mist. See if you can return it or I would contact Dr. Scholl's directly they may send you a coupon or reimburse you for a new one? Thanks Tyler Franz

Will this prevent athletes foot

No, but it will help for awhile. Its does last a long time, just spray on every time on your sneakers or shoe before you start walking around.

Can I use this as a every day thing like after the shower to help “naturally restores”.Or is this just good to put before going out occasionly?

Hi, I got this a week ago and so far just used it once. No idea at the moment it is good or bad, but certainly after shower sounds more right to me for use in case if you showering before to go for the workday since it will dry out before you will put shoes on you.
