I see a lot of negative reviews but I decided to try this anyway because all the other nature bounty vitamins I take are awesome ...so this might not put a pep in your step at all or make u cha cha slide afer taking but love it or not some people it works for some it doesn't .I actually got this for my brother ,I'm trying to get him from drinking so much coffee but the day it came I tried because I was having a dragging my bum day and I didn't want to drink his strong coffee so I took 2of his energy vitamins ..after awhile I got a pep in my step they taste great like watermelon hubs bubba gum except in a gummie I would definitely buy again

Worth the money. Isufer from.severe fatigue all the time, and have no idea why. Coffee helps and so.do t hour energy shots, but when I eat 2 of these Ns then have a meal, the tired is gone. Not just bearable, but gone!! It's a natural feel, no jitters or anything like that. It tastes awful to me, but it is worth it. This doesn't give you an obscene amount of energy, but it defintly ttoktjat "2 o'clock feeling"away

Due to many health issues, I have constant fatigue. Even with my ADHD meds, I still have to take a 5 hour energy shot daily just to stay awake long enough to function. Caffeine doesn't help, and makes it worse.These gummies are game changers! I got these on Tuesday today is Thursday and more than half the bottle is gone. They taste sooo good, I don’t advise you to eat half the bottle though. With that said I was scared I was gonna have a negative reaction and nothing. Not even an energy boost! So I’m not fully sure if these just don’t work or maybe I ate too much and that’s why nothing happened but I am sure that they taste good and you won’t need your stomach pumped if you eat more than the suggested amount

I'm anemic and even though I am taking vitamins to help with it, I still felt sluggish by the middle of the day. I added this to my morning routine and after a little over a week I definitely do feel the difference. I have a bit more energy and not feeling tired by mid day. I will be buying these regularly

I didn't notice the Guarana when ordering - as a result, I get the best use out of these during the day since there's a little bit of an herbal energy boost associated. And I liked that it was a lower dosage of b12 than some of the other brands - that's what I was after. Probably not the best to take at night because of the added ingredients vs a standard b12 only supplement. Nothing wrong with that, just be aware.
