... into the base - but the manufacturing is so bad that it will not fit
This comes in two parts and the U shaped part should slide into the base - but the manufacturing is so bad that it will not fit. Also - if you have seen a video of how this gizmo is supposed to work - there is a stick to pick up the base and to take your socks off. Apparently I did not look carefully enough, and it seems that you must buy the cheap plastic stick separately for more than $10.00.This was useless, poorly made and extremely expensive for the piece of plastic junk that it is. It will be going back.

I thought this would be great for him but alas
I bought this for my son who has severe anxiety and germaphobia. I thought this would be great for him but alas, it is not so easy to get socks on the apparatus and it put the sock bunch up mid foot no matter how much we worked with it. Great concept if it worked. My son can actually get his socks on with his feet faster then with this.
