Plantronics S12 Corded Telephone Headset System (Renewed)

I ordered two of these initially. One arrived with a Packet of Skittles, which was fun, but no headband, which was not fun. I called the number on the box, reached a cheerful and helpful CSR who took my address and sent a headband. We have since ordered four more. No complaints from users. When we need more headsets, we will get them here!

I have had this headset for several years and have had no problems with it. I have now recently ordered four of these for my employees. They are simple to hook up, easy to use, and better yet they run off electricity and aren't cordless which means you don't have to mess with recharging batteries. There are two ear connections - the headband with the soft ear muff or one that hangs off your ear. I didn't want to spend 200.00 for a wireless headset that my employees will use 1-2 times per month. This is a much more cost-effective option!

Did not work at all. Needed this for a job and was unable to purchase a new one at the time. The one shipped to me did not work at all. Tried several times to see if I could get it to work, but all I heard was a loud ringing. Returning for a refund.

Replaced an old similar model that just plain wore out. Easy to use, good sound quality. Wired but cheaper than bluetooth or other new technology. Stick with something that works.

It is difficult for others to hear me thru the phone. A bit disappointed with the headset.

Have purchased several for my employees and never disappointed. The refurbished ones are as good as the new ones.

This works great. You can tell the old one from the new set.

Very disappointed. Received this with no headpiece!! Only the speaker with the mouthpiece. Returning.
