The product stopped working within 20 days, and when I contacted Digitek, they are saying that they cannot provide warranty service and cannot even schedule a pick up to check the product. Highly unprofessional service and worst brand, please invest your money in company’s other ring lights. I have also raised consumer form complaint for digitek

I purchased this ring light in the month of last week of oct 2023. I using this since than for creating my content. Everything going well but from past one month ring light stop working in the middle and their light start glitching. If I’m touching stand to adjust the location ring light automatically gets off. I’m really facing a trouble and as you guys mentioned that you are giving only 6 month warranty but what happened if it’s start giving problem after 6 month. I’m not really excepting this. Aur meine 3500 rupey sirf isko 6 month use krne ke liye nhi liya tha. Kya fayeda itna cost deke bhi mei isko sirf 6 mahine hi use kr paau. Required your help if you can so please send anyone to fix my ring light or either exchange this. Thank you hope you’ll get back to me soon.

I ordered ring light bases the brand value, but i had to replace it because of its poor quality the very first time and second time when i received the product unfortunately i missed to check its tripod stand. On second purchase too I can see the poor quality, there is a big crack and the edges is little broken of the tripod stand. Now obviously if i use it more for my work this crack will increase and eventually this stand will not be of any use to me. Tried contacting amazon service but they declined to replace it since its was out of TAT. I am very disappointed with digiteck and amazon service to provide sudh bad quality under 4k. Those who intent to buy this product please don’t waste your money. You may get better quality in 1500 from other brands
