I got the 8ch DVR with the C303 cameras. My biggest gripe is that the dvr user manual does not explain a lot of it's options nor does the C303 manual tell you much about the options other than the PIR settings (which, granted, is probably all I would need from it). I spent too much time playing with it trying to learn it before I discovered excellent support info/videos on Zosi's website. Even then I still had questions on some of the features as they still did not cover it all.With that said everything else about this system is awesome even though I'm only 1 day in. Awesome night vision, definitely 100'+ visibility. Motion and PIR sensing is great. Lots of options and various settings. Picture quality is good. I'm not impressed by the white light on the cameras but it's enough to be seen and act as a deterrent.Installing the cameras was a b**** but only because I did it myself and I wanted to run all 8 wires from my attic to my basement.I haven't connected to wifi yet so I can't comment on the app.Hopefully I won't have to edit my review but we'll see with more time!Update: I've had my cameras for over 1.5 years now and have had them hooked up to wifi for over a month now. Still going strong and no complaints. The playback feature through the app works great except for the time shown in the video is an hour off from the time I selected which could be something with my phone.

The bad reviews are the honest ones the camera system is horrible. I tried everything before installation and it worked I then spent two days running wires through my attic. When I got it all ran and turned on system now it wasn’t working! I reached out to customer service v and for five days they gave me the runaround and told me to try things but none worked. Andi provided all pictures they wanted. I simply wanted a refund and they told me I had to return everything. Well after all it took to run the cameras and how I took care to install taking these cables out were not easily done. They didn’t Want just the Dvr or cameras back. When I expressed this I was told oh well basically. Customer service was a joke. The good reviews on here may be part of a program. Steer clear of the products from this company!!!!!! You’ll thank me from the headache your saved!!

The cameras have decent quality but the instructions are nonexistent. I've figured out most of it but not all. Also side note I went to pull footage from a month ago and it only actually stores less than 10 days before it's deleted. Which is not what it says the description. I figured out ithe beeping on the cameras is fixable but a pain.

I contacted the company and I get the run around of them wanting pictures of the cameras, which I sent them the picture of the two that are not working properly. They then want me to take a picture of them installed so that my neighbors would have to hear the beeping of the alarm. I am not installing the cameras that don't work. Update I finally got Amazon to replace the cameras under the warranty all the cameras look great

Good value for the money.The ZosiSmart Android and Windows-based apps are very good.The daytime live image quality is good.The PIR and mic/speaker functions operate over the coax cable pretty well. This eliminates the need for additional wiring and electronics.There is very limited information on the native DVR software and the AVSS app. It would seem relatively easy to create an in depth instructional video and or a comprehensive user manual on ALL the software features and how they are intended to be used. If either of these are available, they are not easily found.PIR is better than motion detection, but not as good as an outboard sensor. Too many false alarms from objects too small to see in playback. There is no way to adjust sensitivity of PIR or turn off light or siren. Neighbors complain when the light and siren go off at night for no apparent reason. When this becomes an issue, the only solution is to turn PIR off, which disables a key feature of the system.The native application and AVSS lack the ability to “mask” areas for both motion and PIR. Things such as ceiling fans and outdoor HVAC fans that create detectible motion.Live night time image quality is poor. I suspect due to the relatively low amount of LED light.Playback night time image quality is almost unusable. The 120ft night vision is not accurate under most conditions.

I have bought many Zosi security systems and I have never had a problem with any of them! They have a very good security product

Good camera only problem is the trigger sound and DVR don’t not allow to turn it off. It’s annoying our neighbour complaining.

Dislike not being able to control the light and audible alarm.
