Quality wise we didn't have any issue. This is very good product. When we initially purchased, we thought this is made of ceramic material but after receiving the product we noticed this is made of Acrylic. We thought of returning the product but seeing the quality of the product we kept it. If you are expecting ceramic product the look somewhere else. Otherwise there is no issue on quality or packaging. Overall happy so keeping this.
